Easy Accordion is a fantastic product, and ShapedPlugin’s support is even better!

First, a quick word about the product: I was looking for an easy accordion to plug into my WordPress business site. The aptly named Easy Accordion popped right up in my search, so it was the obvious choice. It is the easiest, best, most full-featured accordion out there. It did everything I needed, plus a few things I never thought of. Easy Accordion itself is a five-star product.

Now about the support: As easy as it is to use, I still ran into two small inconsistencies in how my site’s theme overrode my Easy Accordion’s settings. Each problem was solved within a day, and each solution was a quick custom CSS. This level of support — the fast turnaround and the expert solutions — really did the trick! I’m trying to get my small business off the ground, and ShapedPlugin came through for me. Now I can stop worrying about my site, and I can focus on my business.

I carefully sourced a plugin for what I needed and this one was the best looking option...I purchased the pro version.

It was easy to install, although you would have to have a basic understanding of installing and setting up plugins - not rocket science at all.

I had a couple of minor snags, but this was my own expertise at fault, not the product.

I raised a ticket and got a reply with a solution in minutes - very good job, guys!

The easy accordion plugin is really nice, but that’s not what I want to talk about. My plugin license expired and I was having a problem with the plugin. I just wrote for help and they didn’t disconnect until I found a solution, they solved my problem. This is very nice and meaningful. They do their job perfectly, thank you.

I purchased the premium version of the Smart Post Show plugin and was really disappointed. It didn’t work as expected — posts didn’t display correctly, and the plugin just didn’t function properly on my site.

Support wasn’t helpful, and even after giving them admin access, the issue wasn’t resolved. Thankfully, I did end up getting a refund. Still, I wouldn’t recommend this plugin based on my experience.

Great people and plugins. They provide excellent customer support as well and will even help on weekends.

I just bought the WP Carousel Pro by ShapedPlugin and I am really impressed with the quality of both the plugin and the customer support. Their customer support, especially Khalil, is top notch and helped me pick the best plugin for my use case. The plugin itself was is user-friendly and offered all the features I was looking for and even more that I will use in future projects. It has significantly improved my website but, most importantly, it has reduced my development time!

Although I am using the free version of the Real Testimonials plugin and experienced a small problem with the settings of my website, I was super fast and adequately provided with a small piece of code that I could add to the Custom CSS in the plugin which solves the problem .

I've used a number of plugins from ShapedPlugin, and they've all worked very well. On one occassion I have had to contact support and was given very prompt and helpful assistance that fixed the issue I was having.
