I never received my package and contacted customer support, they said they would send a replacement, then proceeded to tell me that my package was delivered successfully when it wasn't, when I went outside to get the package it was not there, then they proceeded to send me pictures of a building I do not live in, and still won't give me a refund or send the replacement. Wasted $82 they basically stole my money.

I had sooo much faith that this company's bras would fit me that I ordered 5 bras, and NOT ONE FIT PROPERLY. AND WITHIN 24 Hours of my receiving and opening my order, I inquired about returns/REFUND ONLY TO BE TOLD VIA EMAIL, THAT THEY DONT DO RETURNS UNLESS YOU PAY A $33 RESHIPMENT FEE FOR DIFFERENT SIZE. I WISH I READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED! DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY OR YOU HAVE SOMEONE TO GIVE YOUR BRAS TO!

Cost effective and looking to get snatched

Beyond poor service!
I placed this order on 1 March, and they have my address, email, and payment details. Yet, despite multiple follow-ups from my side, I was asked to provide my mobile number, which I did. Despite all of this, my order has still not been shipped, and I have not received any response from their end.
Besides, if a contact number was required, it should have either been a mandatory field during checkout, or they could have contacted me via the email address associated with the order instead of waiting for repeated follow-ups from my side.
What is even more frustrating is that every time I send a follow up email, I receive a hold email response and the ticket is then marked as resolved!!!! When the issue is clearly not resolved at all!!!!!
I am not sure if I will ever get my order, and even if I do, I wonder what the quality will be like!

Didn't fit couldn't get my money back. So now paying for another one. But can keep the one that don't fit

Return policy has hidden terms for product that is purchased on sale will not take product back even if it has not been wore and still in the original package,will not exchange,or refund your money. This is how they get you to buy and the product does not fit they send you the wrong size or there size chart is wrong. DON'T BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY Customer Service is terrible only can communicate by email 😒 They are a ripoff.

DEFINITELY NOT TO SIZE. Based on their size chart I placed an order for two 20DD jelly bras spending about AU$75. I was keen to receive them as they were advertised as AUS fitting & very comfortable bras. As soon as I opened the package I could see they were way too small and nothing like a 20DD, didn't even try them on. They offered to replace but did not have the size in stock and did not know when it would be back in stock. It took 3 weeks & approximately 5 customer service people responding to my query, all providing different advice regarding return, refund etc. After 3+ weeks an agent said they would give me a 100% refund. I received 20% and an apology email stating they had made a mistake by saying they'd provide a full refund. Do not use their size chart as it's completely incorrect, they take forever to resolve any issues and do not expect the refund system to work in your favour. I would not purchase any product from this company and nor will my friends and family.

Update:
After endless back and forth, the company did send me a reshipment and my package was received safely. But I did pay the shipping cost, which is fine.

I was appalled at the poor customer service I received. The company did not adhere to my delivery instructions, resulting in my not receiving my package. Communication with the company was like pulling teeth. My package got stolen due to poor customer service, and it became extremely frustrating to communicate with the company via email. The staff failed to review my concerns, which led me to repeat myself constantly to various people. DO BETTER!!

Do not buy from the company. I’ve had 3 faulty bras and months down the line I am still arguing for my money back
