I only gave one star because I couldn't leave a review without one. They deserve NONE!

I want to warn others that the sizing is so wrong and when I tried to return them, although they came from Cannock UK, I was told to return them to China!
The bras were around £25 and the postage was £21!
I had to accept a 30% refund of the cost of the bras and was told I could keep them when they were of absolutely no use to me.
Stay well away from this company unless you've got money to throw away!!

Absolutely no support at all. Sizes are way too small, wherever did they get their measurements comparisons from. Very flimsy material. How were they able to sell these and call them bras.

Not worth the hassle the bras give no support they are made of that cheap silky material. Not worth the hyper. THE Tried to return them because I cant afford the financial lost but it would of cost £18 record delivery to return them to china. The whole process is an absolute pain.

Rubbish.. Very cheap quality can't believe thay said money back guarantee they sent me wrong size and no point to wear it doesn't fits me... I want my money back anyhow i don't care

Worst sizing ever. I purchased the size according to their sizing chart and it’s a complete joke. The tag says the correct size I ordered but there is absolutely no way it would fit a 42DD like it says it would.

Could not give a 0 or I would have. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY THEY ARE CONMEN/WOMEN. Shocking attitude too. They cost £19.90 but they were absolute rubbish. I was told to send them back to China which was going cost £18.95. They are in the dustbin.

If I could give half a star I would, they claim quality and a great fit,but the product does not hold up to the claims. I bought the shapechic original bra in x 3 colours, black, white and beige in XL, the quality is terrible, really thin material, the straps so thin they didn't support anything and dug in, not true to size its supposed to fit up to a 40F, it went nowhere near that it was very uncomfortable for the approx 5 mins I had it on, no way it would have been comfortable all day as claimed. Wish I had read reviews before buying. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. Not going to even bother trying to return them just going to chalk this one up to you win some you lose some.

Absolute rubbish! Small sizes, poor quality and material with no support at all. They ride up at the front exposing your half your boobs! Back support?? What back support!!! Fabric is so flimsy! Unfortunately I didn’t read reviews first either as they looked so good and high quality! Don’t waste your money on these from this company, obviously as scam! Supposed to be a UK company who are using a third party from China to rip you off! AVOID!!!

Poor quality straps and under band - they do not give good support

I received my order from Shapechic today and was really looking forward to wearing a bra that had support without an underwire and was comfortable to wear. Well— I took advantage of the buy 1 get 2 free so I ordered the 3 in beige/nude. I ordered UP 2 sizes because I know that products such as these are often made in Asia and their sizes run small. Even with the largest size available, the bras don’t even cover a quarter of my breasts.I have never worn this large a size, so obviously they are not fitted properly.
I contacted the company about the issue and asked for a refund and a prepaid label so I could return the bras. I was told that I would have to pay for tracked return shipping in order to get a refund. I told them I requested the return due to their faulty product. I will, therefore, donate the cheaply made bras rather than pay more than they are worth to ship them back to Shapechic. I also informed them that I would also leave a detrimental review for prospective future customers warning them not to purchase from the company. I’m quite certain that the Better Business Bureau has not given them accreditation and will also be notified. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID!

I seen the ad of shape chic bras on Tik Tok and everything looks so convincing! I took a chance and I purchased 6 bras and couldn’t wait for it to arrive
!! Finally when it did arrive I tried it on and I can honestly say this is the worse bras ever😩 when my dog seen me try it on it barked continuously non stop🥹That’s how terrible it looked!! I requested for a refund and I then received the address to send it back and I was told to provide the thieving company with a tracking number! The postage cost me more than what I paid for the item!!! This is the reason why the comments are turned off on Tik Tok because this thieving company doesn’t want to be exposed!! This company needs to be exposed 🤔 if I could give this company 0 stars I would!!
I bet the few reviews that gave this company 5 stars are friends or even staff

I ordered my 3 bras in size 2 XL on the 1st August they came today on the 12th and I am roughly a size 16/18 these bras fit my size 6 daughter and there was no way they would fit me...came from China...I am not even a 2 xl but decided to go bigger, God knows what size I would need now...I should have read the reviews before I ordered as then I would have not wasted my money.

Waited 2 weeks finally came sent 2xl when I ordered xl but doesn't matter the cup size is totally wrong way too small please don't waste your money with these bras poorly made don't hold u up no wonder u buy 1 get 2 free

I ordered the shapechick bras, followed their sizing guide and ordered correct size for me. What I received was very ill fitting flimsy bras with absolutely no control, when asked to return for refund, turned out they are in China. There was no indication of this when I ordered. So the cost to me would be £16 to send back. They would not accept my responsibility for sending products not fit for purpose. Decided not to bother sending back, as all I would get back is ,£4! Would rather donate them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, TOTAL SCAM.

Absolutely disgusted with this company. Rubbish garments wrong size no support. If I could give minus stars I would. To return costs more than the garment. Wish I’d just given my money to charity. I also will never buy from a company on their on site reviews.

The size on the website is misleading. "Completely untrue" I am a 38 F and bought the XL which was to small. I wrote to the customer service team, Emma reply that I would need to pay for returns, without acknowledged that they got it wrong. Very disappointed as a whole. Thus is the reason why o e should never buy such thing as undergarments on line. They are completely untrustworthy.

Was excited to receive my bras ordered L and XL as not sure of size normally a 38c. At first it was comfortable but kept riding up at front which was very annoying this was the same with both sizes. Not worth the hassle of sending back. Very dissatisfied so advice avoid

The items arrived in quick time.
Lovely item (bras) but sadly wrong size.
Now very dissapointed as tried to contact twice ref exchange and no one has come back to me.
Now thinking not happy experience and will not use again.
Customer service once transaction completed ..... Not Good.

Received the order absolutely rubbish bras different sizes and colours sent to what was ordered. I have contacted them three times to get the return address BUT COMPLETELY BLANKED BY THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY THESE BRAS AT ALL
