terrible quality, nothing like they promised. No return address or customer support contact details. DO NOT BUY. If they would like to let me know how to get a refund I will alter this post.

I have just contacted my credit card provider to mark this purchase as a fraudulent transaction.

The Trash this company sells has to be returned to China for a refund - which costs a fortune.

When I contacted the company they offered to give me 50% of my purchase back and keep the rubbish which isn't even worth the price of a cup of coffee!!

DON'T ACCEPT THIS IF THEY OFFER THIS TO YOU!!!

We cannot allow these scam companies to get away with conning us.... report them to your credit card company - they appreciate you alerting them to this type of rogue trading, and even though my card has to be replaced, it is worth this small inconvenience to ensure these unprincipled people pay for their despicable treatment of innocent hard-working customers who cannot afford to waste their money on trash merchandise - the very worst of what China can produce.

I genuinely hope others will read this review and it will be helpful to them.

This is a scamming company. Sent me flimsy, cheap fabric bras. They felt and looked completely different to what was advertised. They refused to send a free return label, asked me to return to an international address which would have cost me more than the order itself. They refused to refund without bras being sent back. I then claimed my funds back through my bank. Awful scamming company, dont fall for it.

I’ve recently bought these bra’s. There so lightweight and comfy. The lace is lovely and soft. I’m quite big busted and they hold me in shape. No more uncomfort from bras that dig in. I’m so happy with my purchase and will definitely be buying more. I’ve read all the negative reviews and totally disagree with them. They have obviously ordered the wrong size

I wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered the items. The quality is very poor and the sizing is wrong. I ordered the 3 bras offer and they sent me the wrong size. The cost to return was only £3 less than the items. I sent several e mails saying I wasn't prepared to pay this amount for returns of the wrong size sent. They sent excuses of the size on the item is international so would be different. They've offered me in the end 30% refund and to keep the bra's which are obviously no good to me. Be aware of this company as returns have to be paid for by yourself.

I saw the advertisement for a bra, with the offer buy one get two free and a 5 star rating on a green background claiming a 4.9 excellent rating from 14.457 reviews. So I put in an order, the statement too good to be true is very apt in this case this product in one word is rubbish.
Please don't waste your hard earned money on this, quality and fit is not as advertised.

Ordered 3 bra's, order came as expected.
3 nice looking bra's, but the size was no good it seems the shoulder straps were too short bringing the cup too high. Young daughter tried one (size 10 dress) still too small for her. Tried the return policy but you have to send by tracked parcel which costs nearly as much as the original order so didn't return. Could not find any where to leave review on company website. Wish I had checked here before ordering

I have never heard of shadechic till they took money out of my account on the 29th of April 2026,I have never bought anything of them I didn’t know they excited I don’t know how they got my details I am 75 years of age,my bank has now got in touch with the Fraud team and hopefully this will be sorted out.

I would actually give 0 stars. Item is rubbish. Crap material zero support. Customer service is horrible. Customers to cover cost of returning the item which is near the same price as the item purchased. Dont buy from here

Poor quality Sizing not accurate Returns have to be sent to China price is so astronomical that it's too costly to return so have lost your money!

Also to return items U have to post to china which will probably cost what U have paid for the bras in the first place.

Worse bras ever I wish I had read reviews before buying this load of old tat! Send them back at your own expense! Sizing all wrong , If you see them on tick tock you cannot write anything on the message board can understand why not enough room to write about the badly made bras .Please do not buy

If I could leave no stars a would. Poor material. No support and an 3XL is too small put it on and the straps are to short. If I could post the image of it on without being blocked I would. A waste of money avoid at all costs

This company sent me 4 bras not the correct size. They were STATED to be 2xl (which is not what I ordered) but they wouldn’t even fit my daughter who is a medium. I’ve been told when I asked for the returns process that the company state to size up so they sent bigger sizes. They were actually about 3 sizes smaller!!! I even wondered if they had put them in the wrong bags. All they are offering me is a 30% refund or I pay to return them myself but I have to use the returns company that they specify as they won’t accept returns from anyone else.

Rubbish bras unable to return as no confirmation email for order or paperwork. Sent email to their ‘contact us’ address NO RESPONSE. So DO NOT PURCHASE!

Sizing chart wrong so ordered a size that did not fit tried again ordering larger size. They then sent a size I did not order
Just a bad company I would advise not dealing with them

If I could choose 0 starts I would. Didn't even have to try the product on. Couldn't be more dissatisfied in the product but the poor excuse for customer service topped it off. Bra sizes don't even come close to what label them and how they describe. They tried to use an excuse that they come a size larger as if it was enough and flimsy is an understatement. To make matters worse, the cost of returns, even if never tried on, are the customers responsibility. I will make it a mission to make sure as many women as I know do not by from this manufacturer.

No response from emailing as I had predicted despite sending three emails, as other reviews claiming to be in USA but so evidently China and wished I’d reviewed before I spent my hard earned money!

Absolutely terrible, do not buy anything from here! I ordered some bras over a month ago which took weeks to arrive. They arrived on 09/02/2026 and having tried a couple on I contacted the company as the quality of them is extremely poor, they don't fit (despite sizing up) and a couple of the colours are not as advertised. I have contacted them countless times to try to return them and having sent a photo as requested have been told they have not received it. After sending the photo for the 15th time they have finally given me a return address (04/03/2026) in China which I now have to pay to return too. Ridiculous that I will probably ahve to pay almost as much as the order to send them back. Really unhappy.
