Food packs arrived before the expected…

Food packs arrived before the expected date. I have been using them for a week and have lost 6 1/2 I lbs and considering I am old is a great weight loss for me. Most the food packs taste good but the bars could be better. I am adding a salad with one food pack and about 6 blueberries to a breakfast sachet. Also 40 ml of kefir and a few nuts and still losing.

Shaking it off…

I love love the flavours especially banana which makes it easier to drink once I'm nearing the end of this package I will be buying some more to continue on my weight loss journey. The price is reasonable and you get a good choice of flavours and plans, I highly recommend it.

Good all around

Quick, clear and responsive to all enquiries, issues and orders. Customer service was really lovely and super quick to respond. The products are pretty nice, tasty and surprisingly filling.

Well worth it.

Updates were sent every step of the way. Delivered on time. Best of all the spaghetti bolognaise is amazing. Texture and taste is lovely.
