Shake That Weight Arvostelua 

The shakes were an excellent mix with skimmed milk and quite filling, beautiful taste too. I also loved the meals, the down side being...just when you are beginningto relish the taste, its finished...lol!
However, the lemon cheese cake was not included in my package so i guess you owe me 3 shakes!
Overall, its been very effectiv3 for me in my weight loss plan.I lost 4.4kg in one week!

Once again, I am repeating the same old thing which is'

I don't use "Shake that Weight" products all the time - only when I put weight on and need to remove it ASAP!

Having just ended six months of very limited mobility (when almost no exercise was superceded by food intake!), I am now desperate to start exercising again - together with the diet!!!

I am a fairly well-disciplined person but hate taking the time to write out menus. But "Shake that Weight" meals negate the need to do that - and the binus is: I really like them!

It would be futile to suggest they're like "Cordon Bleu" meals but who needs that on a daily basis - they're something saved for very special occasions. STW meals are for "living"!

Nevertheless, these meals are extremely tasty and prepared within a couple of minutes. All one needs to add (for me, that is) are the vegetables.

Better still, they have a shelf-life of months, and being vacuum packed, don't need either freezing or refrigerating.

I always finish my evening meal off with fresh fruit and the whole adds up to a tasty meal, complete with all the nutrients one needs.

There is quite a variety of replacement meals, shakes and bars to suit all tastes and my only disappointment is that the company doesn't produce anything "fishy" (I'm a fish freak"!).

Yes, I will certainly recommend Shake that Weight to anyone who genuinely wants to lose weight reasonably quickly.

They have stood by me for quite a long time now - there when needed - and I wouldn't have it any other way!
