I have a gaggia classic and wanted to see the shot and the tank better and these guys have an LED tank mod. So I promptly ordered the white kit and while I was at it different springs for the OPV.

Both turned up and in good time. The classic (yellow with a white LED kit) is now modded and looks great. However I can't say enough how good the fitting instructions were that came with each. Bit of an odd thing to get excited about but the last thing you want is to be flying blind and guessing.

Anyway clearly highly recommended.

I bought the top box bundle kit w/ PID, flow control dimmer and pressure gauge. Overall it's a quality kit with thorough instructions. Docking one star for for two reasons:
1) One of the spade connectors came loose from the wire prior to arrival - so I needed to buy a wire crimper to connect a new one.
2) I found the disassembly, installation and reassembly processes to be time-consuming and cumbersome given the tight space inside the machine. After some frustration, I ended up removing the boiler completely, which made these processes much easier. I wish the instructions would have included this method.

Super helpful and responsive. I was able to troubleshoot and make a purchase to get my machine back online very quickly.

It taken longer than expect for it to arrive. But it did arrived. I have yet to install the OPV spring because I don't have a 10mm open end wrench. Wouldn't mind to buy it together with the necessary tool！

I found the website confusing, because all the prices are without tax added. They only added the tax at the end, for me this is a NO NO. In the UK 99% of shops add the VAT for customers to make shopping easier to understand. thanks.

on the UK Govt websites it clearly says

Example

Ordered a Rainflow dispersion plate just after Easter; as with all my orders from Shades of Coffee it arrived quickly and was well-packed. I had a question about fitting the plate and this was answered very promptly by Adrian (the installation video is well-worth watching, particularly regarding sliding the two parts together to ensure the silicone seal is in the correct position). Apart from this item, I've also had PID and pressure gauge kits from SOC and installation support (if needed) has always been excellent, and these various upgrades have resulted in a huge improvement in espresso quality and consistency.
