I have used this software for several years and recently had the need to contact customer support. The response was prompt, courteous and resolved the issue for me. wanted to transfer from android to iphone. The icarefone advertising is misleading, the only free bit is the download to your computer, to transfer anything to anywhere you first need to register and pay for icarefone which is an ongoing subscription and not a one off payment. After downloading and running the icarefone it will ask you to attach your devices to your computer, you absolutely can not go any further without paying. Deleting the icarefone software from your computer after uninstall a pop up states that not all components could be deleted but can be deleted manually, the undeleted components are hidden and not easy to find which is a red flag.
The software is useful and user friendly. Fast response by technical support, and they are very knowledgeable and helpful!
I tried several apps to connect an iPhone to a Windows 11 PC. Only Icarefone by Tennorshare works, and it works without having to install iTunes, or even iTunes drivers. It just works. I like that.
All you need to work with your iPhone in one place. I appreciate the ability to delete photos directly from the PC.
