SF Express Arvostelua 549

Once again I let myself be suckered in by a dealer that uses SF EXPRESS as their shipper... Ordered on the 25 of Jan and watched it for 9 days go from one station to another station to another station in China, loading and unloading and reloading.... soooo where is it...??? When I realized it was SF EXPRESS I let the seller know I have had bad dealings with them thru AMAZON...and got stiffed there too...( but AMAZON got me a refund, but still I wanted the coat.) On the 11 day the package is in NY Gateway customs. 12th day NY to AVENEL NJ... 13th day nothing 14th day nothing and 15th day it is in CARROLLTON TX. Okay... I accessed 23TRACK and they cannot even find the package... I accessed 17TRACK and say it looks like it is in the US... I use SF EXPRESS tacking and it has NOT moved out of CHINA!So I contact seller again to let them know what is going on. SO this even I get a notice from SF EXPRESS that they CANNOT DELIVER MY PACKAGE. "Failed to deliver the shipment due to failure to get to the receiver's address. We're trying to contact the receiver for a second delivery." WHAT? Every other seller I have bought from on ALI has gotten me my purchases except this one and this is the EXCUSE they give. IF YOU BUY FROM A SELLER THAT USES SF EXPRESS TELL THEM TO SHIP IT BY ANOTHER COMPANY.... I KNOW THAT I WILL NOT BE GETTING MY COAT,BUT WILL UPDATE THIS WEEK IF SOMETHING SHOW UP.

Says my parcel is signed yesterday by me but I never received even though was in my house at the time it was meant to have been delivered

Tracking claims my package was delivered Sunday morning January 22, 2023. As of Tuesday night January 24, 2023, I have NOT received it. My tracking number is

Package says delivered and I get nothing thanks for disappointing my 2 year old grandson

If I could give zero stars I would…. I ordered my package on Dec 4th, and was surprised that they started the shipping process within a couple of days. My package was apparently sitting in Los Angeles for the whole week until I emailed them last night asking why my package hasn’t moved. They replied back with a screen shot showing that it was in a location 15 minutes away from my house, and it’s been sitting there since 12/13. I sent them a follow up today basically demanding a refund if I don’t receive my package anytime soon. I’m pissed at myself for wasting money on this company. It’s an absolute waste of time.

Package has been within miles of the house for many days now. Contacted the company and it is still 2-3 days out! Just unreal how slow the delivry is. Customer service agent was nice though.

Stuck at the airport for days (UK). No UK tracking has been applied, therefore I cannot enquire with anyone here. SF are Chinese, so there goes that option and likely to lose money.

My advise, never buy anything abroad, too much hassle.

My package has been with in 3 hours of my house for the past 6 days. It’s been 32 mins from my house at the post office for the past 3 days. It makes no sense at all. Horrible experience.

Il 25 Novembre risulta che hanno tentato una consegna in provincia di Treviso in più mi avrebbero chiamato ma non c'era segnale oppure non ho risposto. Io abito in provincia di Venezia!!!! Non aggiungo altro

Watched the tracking the whole time. I was home all week and I received nothing. Not one postal worker stopped. No one. I called and they say “it was handed to another carrier it's delivered on our part.” Ugh, I'm frustrated because this was for my small business. I know this comes with the job but this is the first and only time I have has shipping issues. Pay extra for shipping with a company you trust! I've learned my lesson.

I ordered 2 T Shirts, both red in colour. They are pink! I do not like pink, I do not wear pink, They both have a sticker on them saying red, someone in the dispatchers is colour blind. I am returning then to the sending address in Sydney, and I want my money back! there is no way I'm giving you lot any details about myself, you are not the least bit trustworthy!

The single worst experience I have ever had with a company. Avoid at all costs. I am trying to return an item I bought from the UK and they are insisting I owe VAT and a handling fee. IT'S A SCAM! They are completely hopeless when you try to contact them

SF Express is a Chinese shipping company, and Chinese shipping workers steal packages. Of the 8 times my Amazon JP packages have shipped using SF Express, only 4 of them ever arrived as intended. 3 went missing, and 1 arrived with items missing, plus even some other items I didn't order thrown in there.

Paket nicht angekommen. Die Zustellung sollte am Samstag um 9:22 erfolgen, obwohl ich zu Hause war, weder Paketbote noch Info im Briefkasten. Paket zurück nach China (die Gebühren für Steuer und Bearbeitung von mir Bezahlt).
Totale Enttäuschung.
