SF Express Arvostelua 549

SF Express and Cheng Ling are both scams. Placed order May 2022. 1st contacted Chen Ling in June about not receiving. They sent a track # that said delivered (don't know where🤔wasn't my address). Emailed them SEVERAL times to request package or refund w/o success. Track info directed me to a website for answers since CLAIMED delivered. This company's a SCAM: DON'T ORDER FROM THEM unless you have extra money to lose because that's what'll happen🤬. IF anyone knows how to get a refund PLEASE let me know !!!

El 10 de agosto hice una compra en China no.SF6042335430674 y desde el 01 de setiembre el tracking dice que esta en la aduana....pésimo...

Il pacco è in transito da un mese e non arriva, è uno zaino e un astuccio, ma non mi limiterò a richiedere il rimborso ma a denunciarli, perché mio figlio piange tutti i giorni con questo zaino.

The tracking says the package was picked up on Aug. 7th. On Aug. 16th (!!!) it finally left the carrier. On Aug. 17th it left the carrier. Again. On Aug. 18th it left the carrier twice, once at 4:51 AM and again at 8:39 AM. Then it rested for three days from all the hard work of repeatedly leaving the same carrier over and over again and on Aug. 21 tried to leave again. I am waiting with baited breath to see if my brave little package actually manages to leave the carrier this time.

When I asked the (very nice) seller what the heck this means, I received a reply that SF Express (talk about false advertising!) said that due to Covid 19 they have to disinfect the package many times!!!

I haven’t even got into the bag but it is not what I expected as I can’t read a dam thing if your going to sell merchandise you should put it in English. There’s no name of business or anything! Not happy!!

My package was combined by SF with other people packages. Unfortunately there might be other people’s items that cannot go through the custom. SF gave up and decided to stop the custom process and gave the package, includes my item, to the government. Talking about responsibility..sheesh

Bestellung aus China von Fa. FITVILLE. Laut SF Express Tracking nach 3 Wochen schon 2 x vergeblich zugestellt (obwohl wir ganz sicher zuhause waren). Heute nun steht im Tracking, das Paket sei zugestellt worden. Das Problem ist, dass NICHTS zugestellt wurde. In den Infos von SF Express steht, dass manchmal das so stehen würde, es aber noch 3 Wochen dauern könnte. Mir ist dieser Unfug zu blöde und ich habe der Abbuchung bei PayPal widersprochen. Mal sehen, ob China oder sonst wer sich meldet. Ich werde jedenfalls kein Paket mehr annnehmen.
Nachtrag: Obwohl wir zuhause waren, hat der Lieferdienst Hermes zum wiederholten Mal nicht bei uns, sondern bei irgendeinem Nachbarn geklingelt. Das nervt, denn so erhielten wir das Paket erst abends - nachdem ich bei Paypal storniert hatte. Nun schauen wir mal. Die Hermes-Leute sollten mal zum Lesenlern-Kurs....

Got 2 orders from same site 1 week difference from each order, first one got send by sf express 😁 status says waiting for pick up but don’t know where parcel is , second order send by dhl got delivered right now in my door
Conclusion…. Avoid sf express delivery

Customary Customs check-in but, parcel 1 of two has been delivered with no issues or unordinary issues!
I track'd my parcels via 17Track & S.F. Express And, I got InTouch with the company shipping my merch. and they provided me with POSTAL Tracking #'s TOO!

Slower than a turtle and never updates their tracking in a timely manner. Customer service not really helpful. My parcel was dispatched last May 5 ffom SG until now, I do not know what's happening, they kept saying it is at customs. They do not have a contact number for customer service in the UK. Stay away from companies that use them as a courier to avoid headache. SF International have some decency to sort out the complaints here!

ITS NOT AN EXPRESS.... IT ALWAYS IN TRANSIT IN MALAYSIA FOR SO MANY DAYS, MY LAST TWO DELIVERY WAS IN TRANSIT FOR MORE THAN 5 TO 6 DAYS...STILL IN TRANSIT STATUS.. I HAVE TO CALL UP AND DOWN TO TRACE WHERE MY PARCEL IS ..(CRY)

SO HORRIBLE. This scam of a shipping company doesn't put any receipts or anything in the shipment. Just received sandals that looked like a monkey packed and shipped. They now say they have no way of knowing where they came from, they're just the third party!!!

I bought their bra's for a size 5x the ones that came would fit a young teenager not an adult, you can't get them to answer about returns or money refunded. I'm so angry that I have lost money on something I can't use!

Not only the item is damaged every time when they arrived. I just do not know why they can even manage to break the box every single time.

Avoid this company at all cost! My package was picked up on the 8th of March.Its 27th March today and still not delivered. The worse courier service ever. Customer service was poor. I am so frustrated. Last update was 14th March and no updates thereafter. Don't deserve any star at all.

Paket wurde geliefert, aber ohne Rücksendemöglichkeit, ohne Rechnung etc. Keine Absenderangabe, echt unmöglich !!!

Horrible horrible I am so furious !!! I still don't have my bra I ordered it's been in New York for days now and hasn't moved . Went back to China n then came back to new York !!! I'm so mad right now . Thank goodness it was only 20$ they are a huge rip off I guess I'm just going to have to chalk it up as a loss I bought it online on the 7th and it's the 24th now .

The service is awful. We asked many many times for a Manager and were refused ongoing! English speakers are needed on the “English” service line, Managers made available for complaints, and couriers who actually accept packages! Two courier collectors refused the packages on the two occasions we attempted to use the service and then they left without explanation or assistance!
The first phone Rep couldn’t order the pick up because she couldn’t understand the address! The next Rep didn’t even know what an envelope is!! She said SF has NO managers so we could not complain!

Very pissed off by the crappy services. My parcel from China was scheduled for delivery on 28 Jan but was stuck in Shenzhen for 10 whole days before it finally showed 'departed from Shenzhen' on 31, passing through Thailand and UAE. However, NOW the tracking system shows it is in Shenzhen again!!! We're totally confused and disappointed with this! I expected it as a gift for Chinese New Year, and was frustrated not only by the endless delay, but also the contradicting updates!!!
We have wasted so much time and energy in futile trying to contact their service team, who initially promised a special expedition, then the next day saying it was not possible to pick out an individual parcel (why assure us something that you cannot do)?! Over the last 10 days nothing ever happened, and now the system has begun faking journey records to cover up the delay???
The repeated lying, which is even worse than the failure to fulfill the promise to deliver in time, is utterly unacceptable. They also desperately need to improve how they work with shipping partners as UPS said they had no idea what was going on, and that the updates they extracted from SF had no reference value.This should have never happened to any international company.

Still waiting for my package 080082187262 . I ordered something from Vietnam to arrive in my country, Bulgaria. On 14.01 was the last update on the SF site , it said the package is in Koeln, Germany. More than a week already no update and I can't find a way to contact them since they don't have an English service or I'm not finding but I tried everything. I don't know what to do.
