Explained problem online and received accurate part identification. Item arrived a little early, well package and fitted by me without difficulty. My second purchase and this company now my GO TO supplier for my SMEG!

We ordered it an that was easy delivery was quick an well packaged.

I needed a replacement door seal for my SMEG oven which was an older model. Servevast ordered this quickly from Italy and kept me informed throughout the ordering process right up to when it was delivered to my door. Thank you for great service.

Brilliant service, I really didn’t know how to order a door seal, I went onto the company’s website, used an online chat service and I can honestly say the lady at the other end was brilliant. I sent her a photo of what I required she immediately got details and all I had to do was go on the link she provided and order. Even though my oven is no longer available I have got the seal I needed and delighted with the service.

The Wok burner on my 26 year old SMEG SER34AX1 hob had basically burnt out, literally the centre part had become detached. I contacted
smegspares.co.uk (the brand name for ServevastDirect.co.uk) and amazingly I found I could still get a new Wok burner to fit my old hob. Then they told me for a few quid more I could get the entire SER34AX1 Burner Kit to replace all 4 burners. The only drawback is they had to order it from Italy, and it would take 2 weeks. That was no problem and it arrived today, 2 weeks later, only £5.82 delivery. Saved me having to get a completely new hob and having it installed properly, probably around a further £300. So thanks Smeg for being green and keeping old spare parts for your old hobs, and thanks Smegspares for your help & advice and great service hopefully giving my Smeg hob another 25 years of life.

Once the correct SMEG part number was determined with the help of SMEG UK, the order was promptly placed and received the next day by Royal Mail.

Excellent communication.
Because our SMEG oven is over 20 years old they advised it may be back ordered and come from Italy.
Ordered Saturday and arrived today.

Placed an order on 11th July. Not heard anything and when I have checked the status is "Backordered Freight", which suggests to me they do not even have the part to send me!

Website was confusing causing me to order an incorrect part part but email response was very good and correct part arrived very swiftly.
