ServerMiner Arvostelua

**EDIT** The modpack had a mod in it that was fighting against the automatic error detecting system on the website which is the reason why the upload never completed. I was issued a refund and was contacted quickly by the support team with the issue. I am posting the edit here by request by the team at ServerMiner. I am going to change my stars to 4. 2 for the fast response from customer service and 2 for actually issuing the refund instead of telling me "all sales final". I do recommend maybe updating the tutorials on the website for showing how to upload modpacks that are not custom as I have never done this before so by default I would not know where to go, while the only tutorials I could find on the website were for how to set up custom modpacks, not importing premade ones from Curse or Forge launchers.

I would like a refund on the server. I was unable to set up the server with modpacks, even with the "one-click installer" which took 30+ minutes to find due to no actual coherent lay out of the menus. I literally found it by mistake. After attempting ( TWICE ) to install the modpack, it would download all mods then "search for errors" and was given the wait time up to 10 minutes, which turned in to 45minutes - 1 hour ( without completing ). I attempted to do a reinstall of the modpacks again only to run into the same issue. I had high hopes for this service and was unfortunately let down with the service. I attempted to submit a mod support help ticket but you are unable to without paying for the $10 "we will do it for you!" service which is an absolute scam. I am requesting a full refund due to the absolute waste of time I spent on this trying to get a simple server set up with a modpack that I and my friends could enjoy on a weekend night, but instead wasted over 3 hours of not just my time, but my friends time too, to not be able to do anything with it at all. Very disappointing.......

Incredible hosting company. Had a small issue with setting up a custom Minecraft modpack but they were able to resolve it with in 12 hours. The control panel is incredibly well made and the access to ftp makes editing your server a breeze.

The game started crashing on all CPU also started blowing up in the server room
Update
Server is still laggy but good enough for 3 stars as they try there best

Good Minecraft hosting with no lag. I recieved good technical support when I paid for it and good sales support for free. When I wanted to downgrade my server it was easy. Good price too.

Great customer service. I had a small issue logging in which was given a swift response and recourse to fix it. After which I asked for a backup of the server which, again, was swiftly handled by the CEO, shows that the people running the company care and will not hesitate to do “grunt work” if necessary. A lot of faith in this company after that.

really easy to use and set up a modpack with servers easy to update and change and the server tool is great theres plenty of videos on there help site to get you through it if struggling i did and it helped me and im not evan that good at this stuff highly recommend for sure

Absolutely amazing, if I ever have a problem I can usually fix it on YouTube, but even those problems are really rare.
I tried a different company before this, and it just wasn't as good. They did not allow for much mod customization, but here, everything works amazingly.

Really good server hosting with no lag and good control panel.

Incredible company! The response team is very efficient, responsive, and great with their clients. Servers run incredibly well for the price you pay, and are great for friends looking to start a club/minecraft world they can share. Keep being awesome ServerMiner!

good support team, good servers, good overall stuff tbh, one bad thing is if u want like 20 members but dont need the high ram, it says you need like this bundle ffor it, but if u buy the cheaper one u can change member count when u buy it, but ig thats what we gotta do to live eh

My server was not working, I explained the situation in my ticket and after the first answer it was immediately solved. It was really good service.

My server wasn't working the best for a couple days, due to a mod that wasn't working, so I contacted customer service, and within six hours I got a response, and they quickly resolved all the issues, and my server is back up running wonderfully. Definitely recommend this server hosting website.

Service is wonderful any issue gets addressed and servers run smooth 10/10 would buy again

needed support multiple times and each time the staff were very helpful and fast to resolve my issues. polite and clearly knowledgable, im glad i chose them for my server needs.

5 star, they help with support :)

Outstanding staff and good quality servers

Josh was an amazing help.

You can tell that they really care about their customers and the support that they give is awesome. 10/10.

This was my first time ever using ServerMiner and I was trying to use it for mods as well. Despite being completely new to trying to set up a modded server, they made it very easy to set up, very easy to share with my friends, and customer support got back to me with my question within one day. They were very helpful and I would recommend anyone to use them to host a Minecraft server of any kind. Not to mention the pricing is very reasonable. So far, out of trying to host servers (at least 12 different attempts), this has been the most successful. I'm very glad I discovered ServerMiner and will be using it from now on for any Minecraft servers I create.

works well and quickly if you need help they are ready for you right away! good hosting definitely recommended

Serverminer is a really good server hosting place.it is by far the best service.but why I gave it 4 star is couse sometimes the costemer service trash. We should wait for about a 6-8hrs to get reply. But if u are thinking which server host should I go for,go for serverminer itself.
