StickyPiston Hosting Arvostelua

I have been using their servers for over a year with good expericence and amazing experience with their support. I have nothing bad to say about them

Happy, the person i talked to, was great. As a first timer he just made things easy to understand and i had virtually no issues. Im definitely going to continue my time here thanks to him.

I loved my 13 years with Sticky Piston. I had so many fun nights with all 5 of my children over the years playing on our minecraft server. It was so nice to be able to switch from one mod pack to another and back again with just a few clicks. Never having to start over when one of my kids wanted to play a different mod pack. Years and years of family fun and enjoyment all thanks to Sticky Piston. Was truly sorry to see the end of an era. Thanks for being there for my family for over a decade!

I opened a support ticket and received support the next morning, and the crew at sticky piston had great customer service and were quick to resolve the issue. I only use stickypiston for my Minecraft servers due to this reason. they're always quick and efficient with any problems you may have.

I did the Trial Hosting and was surprised about how fast a working server was up with the exact modpack and version me and my friends were having a hard time installing on other hosting providers servers, either because you had to upload all the server files yourself or the modpack was not supported. After the Trial I was able to transfer every second of progress that was made on the free trial and the whole world onto a proper server with a single click. It was honestly the easiest server setup for a modpack I have seen. The support is quick and very friendly. The upgrade service, where a service member will take the task of updating the data and modpack to a new version without me lifting a finger was great as well.

All in all I am very impressed with the services and support and despite a higher price in comparison to some other platforms, I will continue using Stickpiston simply because of this great experience. The website itself could be a little less cluttered, the client site which you manage your server from is fine. This is what customer service looks like, would recommend to everyone looking for modpack minecraft hosting. 10/10 Thanks to the Stickpiston team.

Great service, no down-time, Great support team.

Recommend.

The support is very quick and active, and the servers themselves run amazingly!

These guys are great. Im hosting a server for about 8 years there, never had problems and after accidentally deleting a world they were able to restore it after 8 months.
10 out of 10

Stickypiston's support is outstanding; problems are handled quickly and efficiently and resolved thoroughly. Truly one of the best server providers I've ever used – highly recommended.

Stable server, when contacted they reply fast en helpful

i have been using sticky piston for over a year now, and every time i need help they provide quick help with great responses

Set up was easy and fast. When I sent emails asking questions they replied in a very reasonable time frame. I only needed my server for one billing cycle, and cancellation was just as fast and easy as set up.

When the minecraft phase calls again, I'll be back!

I've been with StickyPiston for over a year now. They have gone above and beyond for us on several occasions. They are always quick to respond, and have helped us with server issues that they really don't need to, and we are so appreciative of it! Definitely the best Minecraft hosting provider out there!

Happy was amazing, identified and had fixed my issue in minutes over chat. Originally I had just messaged to check if the server connection problem was a known issue ir if it was me breaking it messing with mods! Happy looked into and saw the error and offered to try to fix it without me needing to raise a ticket. The fix worked and I am back playing again (but leaving messing with that particular entity well alone!)

Outstanding service yet again from the Sticky Piston Team - cannot recommend them highly enough!

Excellent and friendly customer service that quickly solved my issues, on top of being far more affordable and customizable in their services compared to other providers of their services I highly recommend

StickyPiston is an S-tier Minecraft server hosting service I've been using for about 7-8 years now. I've used them for a variety of things, including survival, modded and creative servers, mapmaking, event hosting and plenty more.

One of StickyPiston's best features is their customer support. They are very quick and extremely knowledgeable, and have never failed to solve my problems, no matter how niche. One time, I remember spending hours trying to track down one extremely weird and niche bug that was crashing my server when I was playing around with mods. After I gave up trying to figure it out, I contacted support, and they responded in literally about 10 minutes saying they'd found the problem, along with a clear and detailed explanation of what happened and how to fix it. Customer support can't get much better than that.

Another great feature they have is their control panel. For less technical people, it's got a lot of easy-to-use features which still grant you lots of customisation for your server. But for more technical users, they basically let you have full control over everything through FTP / Multicraft. I've never felt restrained with what I'm able to do with my servers.

Their servers are extremely stable and reliable; I've never had any problems with outages, connection or lag.

Overall very high quality product from a company I trust. Would strongly recommend.

Update completed literally in less than 5 minutes. Awesome service always. I have tried other server sites but this is by far and away the best.

was in full panic when my word was crashing but the support i got was vary helpful and understanding of my freaking out thay talked me through what thay where doing to fix the problem in gave me a command that will help if it happens again 10/10 would crash again

I'm brand new to creating a Minecraft server and quite literally had no idea what I was doing (lol) and the chat support walked me through the entire process! It took so much of my stress away and got my server set up quickly :) Thank you so much!
