The site will denied receiving the items returned. Their help desk is the worse in the apparel industry. No one ever replies back. I had to open a claim ( which they denied) to get my refund back after they received the items back and claimed they delivered. Very sad to see the site continue to try to steal from their customers. Look at what everyone is saying for the non believers

I don’t think sergiotacchini-australia.com is a legitimate Sergio Tacchini seller. I’ve ordered a number of shirts, a jacket and a pair of shoes on 10th September 2023. When I paid, my payment went thru securityseyes.com HongKong. Then after a few days, I received an email from orders at goodserviceforcustomer.com without any name of a person responding saying that if I have an issue with my order, I should reply to this email. Then again after a few more days I was provided with a tracking number from https://m.17track.net (in Chinese writing) on 20th September but nil information when checked at that time. I emailed them and asked what is happening with my item tracking. They replied,

“Sorry we have no idea about the exact delivered time,because the date of arrival depends on express company.

Your order has been handed over to the shipping company,but the number of orders is too many and the number of daily shipments is limited,causing your parcel was backlogged in the warehouse of the shipping company.

Your package was attached the label and there is a tracking number,but it is actually waiting to be sent out from the warehouse of the shipping company,so the tracking number can't be found temporarily.

We can't control the delays caused by shipping company,but we will push your order forward”

I have waited and was able to get tracking updates after a couple of days. After 9 days I received a parcel today 29th September containing 1 item - a fake Louis Vuitton scarf with exactly the same tracking number addressed to myself. I am so disappointed and very worried that they may also use my personal information for other purposes. This transaction is currently in the dispute process without any guarantee. Hoping to at least get my money back.

What a bad customer service... I've ordered two items and received one of them.
I've mailed a couple of times about it (including orderid, etc.) and didn't get any replies. How is it possible for a company like this?

Spent $800 on a next day air order. And they still haven’t sent me my items. Not even an update or a response email for the delay. Order ST-103288

Have ordered twice from them and all was good. Grew up wearing Tacchini and was always a big fan. My 3rd and definitely final order, items were damaged, site would not let me start return, said order number not found. Tried reaching out email, 1 response asking for pics of damaged items, did so and have not heard from them since. Customer service number is no longer in service! Have sent quite a few emails for over a week now and still waiting. If you are a fan of ST I get it as it brought me back to my teens. Unfortunately trying to return or exchange something is a joke! Don't buy, waiste of money and time. Sizing is way off! Gave one star because I had to in order to write review.

Received a conformation email for my order, then heard nothing for 2 weeks. Chased them up and got a generic email with a tracking number. Used it and it says order unfulfilled. Emailed agian asking why the delay. 5 more emails. No response.
Whoever is running this business has let Sergio Tachinni down. I have bought this brand in the 80s, and like the resurgence of the brand, but i will buy from other outlets from now on. Absolute joke. The owners seriously need to sack the management and re think its strategy to keep its reputation.

They only send half your order then no money back they ignore u and get away with it they are con artists and need shutting down asp

I ORDERED 4 ITEMS AND ONLY 3 COME. AFTER ABOUT 6 EMAILS THEY SAID NOT I STOCK AND SEND REFUND, STILL NO REFUND AND NOW IGNORING ME. AND THE ITEM IS STILL ON THE SITE, SO HOW COMES THRY SAID NOT I STOCK

Received my order in 4 business days. Merchandise was exactly as advertised and properly packaged. Sergio T. Clothing is well made and high quality.

I brought an item, unsure of the sizing. When the item came it didn't fit.

When it comes to returning the item, there is no information about the returns address, nothing on my online account.

I have attempted ringing their customer services line which has proved useless (automated service).

I have emailed 6 times, no response.

I have tweeted them 4 times, no response.

I have messaged them on Instagram 3 times, no response.

I have messaged the 3 times on face book no response.

I am no raising a dispute with my Credit card company to get my money back that way.

Poor service not buying direct from them again. You get a better service from a 3rd party retailer.

Twice I have ordered online from Sergio Tacchini Europe. First time all went ok. My second order is a disaster. Only got half of the order delivered. Mailed 5 times over course
of 3 weeks and no reaction. When calling, the customer service only gives voice mail (tried on different days and different times and always!! get a voicemail). Not sure whether I will ever see my order or refund.

aucun service client après vente. retours très difficiles si on ne fait pas une réclamation à paypal ou a sa banque. un site à éviter surtout que c’est via un intermédiaire reach UK qui se dédouane de la responsabilité après vente même s’ils ont encaissé un courtage pour la vente. A éviter absolument. limite arnaque.

Wünschte ich könnte keinen Stern vergeben. Die Klamotten sind cool, keine Frage. Aber nicht hier bestellen! Hälfte der Bestellung fehlt. Geld ist weg. Keine Chance auf Retoure. Kontaktaufnahme quasi unmöglich. Niemand reagiert auf Mails, anrufe oder Nachrichten.

It used to be my favorite clothes brand but with my last experience buying on their online site I will never buy from this brand again
Ordered 2 items and only received 1 even tho I paid for both, already more than 1 month passed.
Costumer care gives no response after 3 emails sent with all the details. Disappointing and surprised as this is thief from a "big" brand

Only sent one item of a two item order, ignored every email have sent from every different source that they laughably call “help” basically have stolen my money! Avoid at all costs

I made an order on July 7th and I still haven’t received it a month later. I contacted the customer support a few times and haven’t got a response. Terrible service, be careful when ordering from them.

Update: after numerous emails, I finally got a full refund.
