Sergio Tacchini Arvostelua 

I ordered ten items from their website and the funds left my PayPal account immediately. I received a confirmation of my order via email. Within a couple of weeks, I received one item in my order. I contacted ST to get details on the other nine items in my order assuming they were backordered. I never received a response. I emailed them again the following week. No response. And again, I emailed the next week with no reply. I even tried calling their New York City office multiple times with no answer. I finally filed a dispute with PayPal for a refund for the missing items. Sergio Tacchini never responded to PayPal's request for explanation and PayPal refunded my remaining monies.

If you are in the US, DO NOT waste your time ordering from their website. I don't think they have the inventory in stock advertised on their site. Communication from their end would be appreciated. It's ashame because their tennis attire is my preferred brand and difficult to find in the US with limited inventory from tennis clothing suppliers these days.

Customer service was great answered me very quickly and walked me through what size to order. Order shipped same day I placed it and I got it next day. Overall very happy

Ordered a week ago never heard anything so I emailed customer services. They told me they hadn’t received my payment and could send pay with a different card . I payed with PayPal the fund had left my account. They cancelled my order and I haven’t received my refund . I won’t use this site again that’s for sure .

die Ware kam recht zügig ohne weitere Kosten, jedoch in der falschen Größe, nach dreimaliger E Mail an die dortige "help" Adresse kam bis heute keine Antwort (nach drei Wochen) , wird wohl nichts mit dem Umtausch oder Rücksendung

Scarpa veramente perfetta in comodità, leggerezza e traspirazione. È un piacere indossarla e quasi un dispiacere toglierla. Per ora per me è il massimo.

I order 2 tracksuits 10 days before Christmas, and they are delivered to me(Croatia) in 4 days, costumer service is great and fast on facebook and email. Courier for Croatia is InTime (Fedex group).

I recently made an order at SergioTacchini.com and after waiting over two weeks, only part of the order arrived. Since then I have been trying to find out if the rest of the order has been processed or dispatched, however customer service is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Three weeks since my order date, I am now in the process of seeking a partial refund and will have to approach my bank to do this as the company itself seems unwilling to assist me in any way.

Nur Kontakt per E-Mail, es wurde nicht auf meine Beschwerde eingegangen, sondern nur immer wieder die gleiche Antwort Floskel.

Ich hatte eine Retoure nach Italien geschickt, sogar die DHL Bestätigung mehrmals auf italienisch mitgeteilt, Sergio tacchini behauptete wochenlang Paket wäre nicht angekommen.

Erst nachdem ich die DHL direkt eingeschalten hatte, bekam ich nach mehreren Wochen mein Geld zurück.

Jeg har forsøgt i 10 uger nu, at sende en trøje retur. De svare ikke på mine spørgmål og jeg kan ikke få nogle informationer om hvad jeg skal gøre for er sende den retur...
De sidste 5 uger, har de OVERHOVEDET IKKE SVARET MIG. Jeg sender dem dagligt en email, hvor i jeg skriver at jeg ønsker at returnere mit produkt, som der på deres hjemmeside ellers står er nemt og gratis. De svare ikke.

Ungenügender Kundenservice. Rücksendungen sind nur über einen schlecht funktionierendes Webformular auf der Website möglich. Die Ware musste dann auf eigene Kosten nacht Italien geschickt werden. Nach Ankunft des Pakets (laut Sendungsverfolgung), habe ich über einen Monat nichts von der Firma gehört und auch keine Rückerstattung bekommen. Auf Anfrage beim Kundenservice war man der Meinung, dass das Paket niemals im Warenhaus angekommen sei. Laut Post liegt das Verschulden aber bei Sergio Tacchini, da es definitiv angenommen wurde. Der Kundenservice wollte mir daraufhin nicht mehr weiterhelfen. Nur durch Paypal habe ich mein Geld zurückbekommen. Auf den Versandkosten bin ich allerdings sitzen geblieben.

Mir ist nicht klar, warum sich Sergio Tacchini eine derart schlechten Kundenservice leistet. Ich habe so etwas noch nie erlebt.
