Although the product was recalled all dealings with this company was good. They contacted me to notify me of the recall almost 12 months after purchase. The full refund was made promptly and follow up emails were professional.

Ordered a Train set in November 2025 for Christmas 2025 and half of ot never arrived. Poor communication. Was told I was getting a replacement sent out now of feb still nothing but I did get an email to again have to proof everything to then be told they are now sold out so we have a small set with a train that now doesn’t work as it doesn’t charge anymore and only getting half the refund, According to tracking (when they decide to update it) items from overseas when they Requested refund and heard nothing. Poor time skills
Product recalled so I contacted them to organise another product, they took two weeks to respond.
I responded immediately with my confirmation of a replacement, they took another two weeks to confirm. Product arrived three weeks later.
Pretty poor time management skills - in my opinion.

More than a week later and still no response to if/when a charging cable will be supplied so very disappointed in time taken to rectify problem.

I purchased 2 of the Magnetic trains…
I purchased 2 of the Magnetic trains sets, some of the trains were faulty, so I contacted Sensory Toys to return the faulty trains and get the replacement trains.
The staff told me to email a photo and a video of the faulty trains. Two days later I got an email saying the replacement is on its way.
And it arrived with 2 brand new sets!
I was absolutely amazed as I only expected to receive the trains! I was already so pleased for not needing to go to the post office!

Order #189477. They sell items they don't even have in stock. When questioned about the rest of my order they denied they sold the little cars separately. I was so disappointed. I did get refunded for the two cars that I paid for eventually. The train set was excellent though.

The package was torn+some minor issues, but the product delivers most of what's promised
The package arrived torn and retaped. That matter and some minor issues made me ludge a complaint which was greeted swiftly and efficiently by the customer service associate.
I bought it as my daughter's birthday gift and it made me popular. It's rough around the edges but t's a win. The core system appears to be advanced technology, but the movements mechanic can't fully deliver what's promised. But the cute movement mechanical sound compensates well by giving a sense of dealing with a goofy pet. The offered price is complete in its class, anyway.
A tip: in case of gifting them to kids, first present in dark environment with their flashy lights on. 👍

Lost order fully refunded
I previously reviewed Sensory Toys,with 1 star because my package was delivered incorrectly. That is because the courier delivered the product to the wrong number than what was written on the package.
I then emailed my complaint and 3 months later I received a full refund.
It took time to get as I had to restate my problem quite a few times, however I felt that the courier did not care and
I became frustrated and kept emailing. I originally emailed Sensory Toys 2 weeks before my package was due for delivery saying the address was wrong however that email was never acknowledged wich then compounded the problem of incorrect delivery. The courier still did not deliver to the written address
Eventually I got the right person incthe contsct centre who was able to rectify the problem and fully refund me. I have given a 4 star due to the time and energy to get my refund.
