Singing Giraffe for a 6 month old baby.
I bought a singing Giraffe and it stopped working completely and also didn’t charge back up at all. Used it half a dozen times when my Granddaughter visited. Complete waste of money. Contacted them and they said because I bought it as a gift late Dec 2025, there was no refund. Then they said 20% off future purchases, then they asked for a video of the problem 😂 how do you video a non playing toy??
Definitely would never go back to this company, poor service and inferior products.

Train worked for 4 days and then stopped. Set is very small compared to what was advertised. I requested a refund but was offered 50% without having to send it back.

The only thing Australian about this is the accent.
Package arrived damagef and from China and not Sydney as advertised. So much for Australian made and owned. Quality is cheap. Cards are advertised as being tear-proof but they are are tear and fray so easily.

AussieMate Flash cards - great product!
Ordered 2 AussieMate Flash cards. Parcel arrived in two days. Lovely sturdy box. Device smaller than I expected but perfect for little hands. Cards nicely packed in a box. Also comes with a storage bag and a usb charger so no dangerous batteries. The device works exactly the same as in the ad. My only comment would be that sounds aren’t needed for the vehicles as they all beeping/honking or siren noises which detracts a bit from the pronunciation of the word. Cards will probably still get damaged as they aren’t as thick as I expected. Overall a great product we are ordering more for friends babies and my son’s special needs school holiday programme. Great value product happy to give 5 stars.

Dishonest recall of Magnetic Chess set.
After receiving a recall email for the Magnetic Chess set I had purchased as a gift, I was offered a refund, if I returned the product. I posted the item off at my expense, over 6 months ago and still no refund. I have sent MANY emails and the company says they have a problem refunding through PayPal, which does not make sense to me. Will not provide refund any other way. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they have very dishonest trade practises.

Although the product was recalled all dealings with this company was good. They contacted me to notify me of the recall almost 12 months after purchase. The full refund was made promptly and follow up emails were professional.
