Login has been redirecting several times before going through into your platform for transactions. After the transfer transaction , to view the transaction details is Login again mode. I don't understand why!

My refund have been sent to them since 2nd April, 2024. i have given them the ARN and other detail. Till now am yet to receive my IHS refund!

Missing money
Have been using about a year with no issues. Recently, the site crashed as I was sending money. The money went out of my bank but SendApp said that they did not receive the money. My bank is now investigating a fraud case with them. Thankfully it was a small amount of money but I still want to know where my money is.
