This is best possible sleeve for iPhone, I use it for now for many years and I don't want any other sleeve at all.

Easy delivery and beautiful product that fits my needs. This case means my phone will fit in my cute little summer purses.

Deliver was fast and quality is almost perfect for the case, there are some rough edges to it but the wallet for iphone 14 are the best!

The case arrived damaged. It was bent where the fold for the stand is. It wouldn't close all the way, which caused the auto shut off to not work. I was given a hard time about getting the coupon discount towards placing a new order. After several emails back and forth, I was finally offered the discount. I reordered the case and the next case had the same issue, but it wasn't as bad. After my bad experience of trying to get the credit on the first one, I decided to place a book on the case, hoping it would flatten. It still never flattened and the tablet dies after sitting overnight because it wont shut off. I called, but because it was past 30 days, I would have to pay for shipping to return. I ordered a different brand and ended up wasting $55 on a case that won't get used

Exactly as described I have purchased these before and I love them. Great quality.

The product that was delivered was not what I thought I was buying, I did not want a magnet to hold the phone, I wanted the phone to snap into the case like prior purchases.

Not the same quality as in the past. Case's buttons barely function on my iPhone 14 pro. The magnetic wallet does no work as rhe apple magnetic wallet.

2nd Case I ordered is good. The first one broke and still haven't received a label to send it back for a refund.

I have had Sena products before. They are great quality, nicely made, well designed. But I gave them a less than stellar rating due to the difficulty of initiating a return. The user interface is archaic compared to any other online shop I've encountered.

Very user-friendly site, the quailty of the product, the speed of the product delivery and the affordability of a quality product. Utility.

I like the leather and the quality is good, but there is one dislike that I have a hard time with vs the Apple case it replaced for me. The compatibility with MagSafe attachments is basically not there. I can get a powerful corded charger to attach, but the MagSafe Battery Pack will not stick so forget using it while you are also using the phone.

Sent me wrong case. I asked for replacement. Did not get it.

Ordered as always and item arrived within 3 business days. What else could you ask for, except a new I-Pad cover in about any form for my mini I-Pad.

I love the products, the love that the company puts into customer "satisfaction" if the delivery shows up and the quality of the product! SENA for now already (at least) 8 years!!!

Iphone 14 wallet case: Not well designed. The leather may be too thick. The case barely stays closed with no credit cards or cash in it, but will not stay folded once an item or two has been added.
I would say customer service has bordered on rude.
The Nomad wallet case is simpler and less luxurious, but at least well designed.
