Easy process, fairly quick payment and no ‘un-allowed’ items.

3 books have mysteriously disappeared from my consignment and consequently my payment which I'm still waiting to hit my bank 9 days after they acknowledged receipt.

Easier to use and payment is in your account in no time. Efficient, Reliable and Brilliant app that i have come across for selling old books that are collecting dust in the house.

Easy to use software with scanner for book codes. However some of the prices offered are a joke. Reasonable turnaround and payment.

Books sent in by good system. Only thing I would say to help as make sure we are all clear how many boxes can be picked up at once. I carefully packed 5 boxes and they would only take 3 on 1st visit ! All sorted and money paid

I’ve sold books to WOB for several years. I’ve always had the boxes collected by DPD. This time I’m having to pack them all in 1 box - making it too heavy for me to lift safely, then take it to a post it locker. There are no lockers in our town so I’ll have to put them in the car and take them to the next town, lift them out the car and into the locker. This is not physically possible for me. I will not be able to sell books to WOB again due to your changed collection methods. I did ask your chatbot and also deleted and re input the sale but made no difference.

Efficient and timely collection of books together with a quick appreciation of condition etc. Payment was swift into nominated bank account

Excellent service

The Dpd driver who picked up the books was the rudest man I've ever met. After three appointments to collect (and three different excuses for not collecting), he turned up ONLY because had had 4 parcels to drop off. After throwing the deliveries down in the doorway, he then complained he couldn't reach his collection boxes. He was rude, when we refused to help (since he blocked the doorway rather than put the deliveries to one side), and then complained about the straps on the post cage (supplied by Royal Mail) being cable tied (because he broke them on a previous visit). He then left the post cage in the middle of the drive, and drove off leaving the gate wide open. He was rude, unhelpful, lazy, and it was just as well my partner was out, or he'd probably have punched him. We're seriously considering just throwing away our old stuff now, rather than going to all the trouble of boxing it up for a pittance, and having a rude man come and insult us

Clear & efficient to use first time around

Posted 12/13 books from my bookshelf (so in reasonable condition)
Took weeks to acknowledge delivery even though I had checked the tracking and knew they’d arrived over a week before
Paid out ~£3 eventually, would rather have donated to charity

Such an easy transaction. Collection was exactly as stated. Books checked and money in my account in days . Will certainly recommend to my friends

Easy trade no problems

Didn't know WOB even bought back books. I've always used them to buy my books and CDs. I found it so easy to use and accepted the price for my books, free return and received payment with no problems whatsoever. Great service will definitely use WOB sell my books again.

When I print the shipping labels, they print VERY small. The USPS couldn’t scan it, so he entered some numbers and it’s been lost ever since 😵‍💫. I am stopping in tomorrow to see if they have my package of DVD’s I was sending to you!

Super easy to upload any book
With an isbn, then pack and post through in post system. Didn’t even need to print a label. Great to know books will reach new readers not a landfill site
