The initial installation was effortless and the engineers superb.
However, BE AWARE OF THEIR 'EXTENDED WARRANTY' SPECIAL OFFERS!! These are sent out over 4 months before your existing warranty is due to expire offering you 3yrs for the price of 2. Sounds like a great deal until your circumstances change and your relocating BEFORE the new warranty takes effect. Then you find out that you 'could' have got a refund but only within the first 14 days after taking it out!! How is this allowed to happen? Surely, you should have the right cancel months before the new policy starts! They told me they would review my case but never got back to me! In my opinion, very poor customer services!!

I will consider escalating the complaint further and/or seek advice from the appropriate consumer protection bodies as this is not acceptable.

Needed to get a faulty alarm decommissioned over the bank holiday weekend. Securico responded straightaway with excellent reassurance and sent an engineer who came bang on time. Shane the engineer was outstanding, calm, polite, knowledgeable and fixed the problem completely. Very impressed indeed

I was very impressed by the young gentleman who visited me last week. My cctv had gone off completely.
He was very professional and soon realised what the problem was and rectified it. He was a perfect gentleman too. In fact I was very impressed with Securico in general. I spoke to Rina who put me on the right road. I am also very impressed with the way my problem was solved. Securic is an excellent company.

I would of thought if mabe if the customers camera has gone down,they would take replacements when they turn up,no,thats 2 easy

Anna called twice as promised and helped me with everything. She was professional and receptive to my concerns, making the process easier to navigate.

Aftercare is awful, they give a date to attend and simply dont turn up or they will call on the day day to say they cant make it. 5 months from the beginning of the issue its not resolved and you cant get a number to call. A very poor company that frankly dont care

Cowboy company that pull a price out of their pocket at random. They rip people off, are not compliant with anything they do and are just out to make a quick bit of money. Aftercare is non existent with no response to any issues, even when under warranty. I would genuinely avoid this company at all costs!

The company is called securico cctv..the agent who helped with my query was called Ann.I had security cameras put up outside my property about 6 years ago and they have been superb at a very affordable price.Ann who I had the pleasure of speaking with today was very professional very helpful and very patient..all round a 1st class outfit.

Speaking with the tech team was pleasantly spoken and very clear instructions on resolving the network issues.

Is this company still in operation? I have tried contacting both the London and West Midlands offices by phone, but the calls were redirected to voicemail, and I was unable to leave a message as the voicemail was full. I also attempted to submit an enquiry via their website, but the submission was unsuccessful.

Could anyone advise what might be happening?
