Secret Strangle Club Arvostelua

I ordered a rashguard and received no tracking or dispatch update for over a week. When I emailed asking for an update, they simply cancelled my order without any explanation. perhaps it was a stock issue or something but an email to say that would help, instead, no response at all.

This also isn’t the first time they’ve ignored me. Previous emails and messages through their “Contact Us” form asking about restocks have gone unanswered.

I’m not asking for much, I’m literally trying to give them money and buy their clothing. Unfortunately, there appears to be no customer service whatsoever. Would avoid going forward.

Great stuff. Get some new hoodies

Now my favourite rashguard I own. Comfy fit and durable feel with brilliant artwork make this a must have.

Brilliant quality product and fast delivery

Great quality, comfortable fit, nice feel and smooth shopping experience. Great from top to bottom and will order more!

Fantastic never let's u down

Terrible customer service tried on several occasions to make contact with this company to return something and have been ignored.

Love the jumper - great quality, perfect fit and super fast delivery!

easy ordering and arrived quickly

Honestly everything was amazing, the hoodie feels great, the stickers are mad cool. I've gotten compliments about how sick it looks. The only slight annoyance is the shipping. I paid $28 dollars and it took over 9 days to ship. I understand it's coming from the UK and I live in America. But other than the semi long shipping, everything about the hoodie is amazing.

Ordered a hoodie, came within 2 days, really high quality, good print, thick cotton, also got some free stickers, was a bit hesitant to order as sometimes the quality is lacking but really happy overall with the product and all my jiu-jitsu team have commented on it already, will definitely be ordering in the future when more designs show up

Both T-shirt and the hoodie are top quality super fast delivery to so it’s gets 5* from me

Excellent customer service. I ordered a rash guard but when it arrived I realised I should have ordered a size up. I emailed the company and had a very quick response but the size up was not currently available. I was offered a full refund or I could wait for the stock to come in. I decided to wait but checked other rash guards they had in stock, one was available in my size but this was a more expensive design, I emailed to say I would be happy to pay the difference but Ollie responded that this was not necessary and he would send it out to me with no extra charge. It has since arrived only a couple of days later, great quality! Will be ordering from here again!
