There are some clothes you buy and as soon as you put it on, you know instantly that you made the best choice. This is one of the most well tailored cardigan I have worn. The quality is phenomenal and the process of delivery was exceptional. I am definitely buying from you again.

Initially I placed my order and had to wait for over a week and not hearing anything about delivery. I had to call the London store.

After this point, my customer service experience was 110% ! They along with the Edinburgh store sorted it very quickly.

It’s a real shame because I actually like Aubin’s clothes. The quality is decent, the fit is good and I would happily keep buying from them.

Unfortunately, the returns process has been an absolute pain from start to finish.

One of the items I ordered arrived in the wrong size. Fair enough, mistakes happen. The problem started when I tried to return it.

There is no simple return option in your account. You have to go back to the original order email, find the return link, go into a separate portal, enter your details again and then deal with each order separately. It’s far more complicated than it needs to be.

In my case, it was even worse because their system showed one of the items as “not fulfilled”, despite it having been delivered almost a week earlier. That meant I couldn’t even create the return until I contacted customer service and got them to fix their own system.

Eventually I managed to send two returns back.

I then emailed asking a very simple question: had they received them and when would they be processed?

No reply.

So I chased again.

When they eventually answered, they told me that my return had been processed.

Except it hadn’t.

Only one of the two returns had been dealt with. The second was still outstanding.

That’s really the point where I lost patience. After all the previous problems, you would think someone replying to my email would at least check both returns before telling me everything had been sorted.

Any one of these issues on its own wouldn’t be a big deal. But taken together - wrong size sent, system error, awkward return process, unanswered emails, having to chase repeatedly and then being given incorrect information - it turns a very basic return into a ridiculous amount of hassle.

And that is what is most frustrating about it. I genuinely like the clothes and had a good opinion of Aubin as a brand.

The products feel like they belong to a quality company.

The returns process and customer service experience really don’t.

At the time of writing, I’m still waiting for the second return to be processed.

I purchased a Westbourne sweater and a Bonby quarter-zip sweater, with Lesley Anne assisting me with both purchases. She took the time to understand my clothing preferences before recommending best-selling styles and pieces from the new autumnal range.

She was professional, polite and friendly, offering genuine advice without ever being pushy. She listened carefully and helped me choose suitable sizes and styles, including items I was likely to get the most wear from, while also respecting my budget.

Her knowledge, attentiveness and personalised approach made the experience enjoyable and gave me confidence in both purchases. Lesley Anne deserves recognition for her excellent service.

Clothes are fine but the order took more than I week to arrive

Quick communication, well presented goods and reasonable prices.

I've requested an exchange but haven't heard back. I emailed them again to ask what's happening and still haven't heard back, customer service is nonexistent

Popped in to Aubin at John Lewis Glasgow and was not really sure what I needed and came away with a proper capsule wardrobe, all put together around my budget. Lesley Ann was brilliant, showed me every option, including a few sale items, and helped me land on a much more cost-effective solution than I expected.
As a business owner myself, I really appreciated how professional and attentive the service was, never felt rushed or upsold, just genuinely helpful. Lesley Ann also told me about the new "All in a Day's Work" range, workwear with engineering roots, which struck a chord as I've got an engineering background myself. She even wished me well with my own new business venture, which was a lovely touch.
A really genuine experience from start to finish. I'll definitely be back

Great shirt and quality is spot on. Delayed due to Royal Mail losing the package for a week but delivered safe and sound in the end. Customer service was helpful and friendly (answered phone straight away). Overall a very good experience and product.

Lovely shop good service and high quality products

The shirt i ordered was exceptional quality. It felt so nice when I tried it on. Unfortunately the arms cut were too high for me so had to send it back. The returns was very easy.

I bought a linen shirt in late May 2026. Although I've worn it a lot because it's been very comfortable in the hot weather, I did take care of the shirt as per the care instructions that came with it. Today, a large rip running from the shoulder half way down the back opened up spontaneously when I was putting the shirt on. It's now unwearable. It's late August 2026 so it's only lasted for 3 months. That doesn't feel like good value given it cost £109.
Update: I've now received a replacement shirt direct from Aubin after they read my comment here. They're nice shirts and I've bought others earlier in the year which are still going strong.

Very good quality and perfect fit of a Merino sweater. The price was very competitive for the quality of the sweater. Very pleased with product and the service I received.
