Loved the chair
Loved the chair. The only thing was the wrong one was sent because they discontinued it but they didnt tell me. But when I noticed and called they refunded me the difference which was cheeky of them

I had a great time store visit
I had a great time store visit . Sorin was wonderful man to show around warehouse and his great experience at showing around, I got good and lovely 64 chairs at great price. And now ordering more chairs, my customers and friends have liked what have bought it. It is wonderful it is matching to my restaurant. He was friendly and honest talking guy about material what he is selling, I will really recommend and buy more again. Thanks Sorin for being honest and helpful.

Service from S&B was very responsive…
Service from S&B was very responsive and clear, I placed and order and tried to call - I was called back immediately. I had a 6 day lead time in needing the order for an event and the team S&B were great at communicating delivery. Very impressed, would highly recommend and definately use again.

Thank you for your feedback. We are genuinely sorry that you felt disappointed with the return process.
We do completely understand that waiting for a collection can be frustrating. However, we would like to respectfully clarify that the original delivery was processed and completed in good time. As per our returns policy, arranging and covering the return of an unwanted item would normally be the customer’s responsibility.
That said, because of the size and nature of the parcel, we tried to assist beyond our standard return terms by arranging a collection through a third-party courier on your behalf. Unfortunately, the courier experienced issues with their collection booking system, which caused a delay outside of our direct control.
We appreciate that this was inconvenient, but we did act in good faith and did everything within our power to help resolve the return as quickly as possible once the courier system issue was fixed.
The collection has now been processed, and we will continue to monitor it until completed.

This site seemed illegitimate at first due to the lack of reviews and "feeling" I got from research. I did an order for very niche folding chair (I have limited home office space) and they shipped it earlier than expected!
It's definitely a bulk shipping site but the chair I got was cheaper than most other sites and came in perfect condition.

I can and would recommend this company
I can and would recommend this company. There was a slight delay in dispatch of my order for a valid reason which caused a bit of concern but a quick telephone call to a real person and I got an instant update. Unfortunately however, my order arrived damaged due to what appeared to be careless handling by couriers which of course is not the company's fault but an email later, they quickly sorted that out for me too. The quality and value of the chairs completely met expectations also.

Great service

From the beginning when I’ve asked loads of questions to the very last when they delivered, everything has been top notch
They even rang me with video to show me the chairs live,advised for best value that we need due to the usage that we have.
3 days from placing the order of 100 chairs to been delivered to my address

Amazing!
Second time ordering with seats and beyond and the service was seamless once again! Ordered 10 pink kids chiavari chairs and 10 blue on the Tuesday and they were delivered the very next day! The chairs themselves are fantastic quality and everyone comments on how pretty they are. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
