What a lovely responsive company to deal with. Would have no hesitation in recommending it.

Fantastic customer service. An order made on Friday afternoon arrived out in the sticks in the morning post the next day - a Saturday. Very impressed!

After an initial hiccup of paying for the order through super which happens if you pay by card, Dejan? from the Islington store was so helpful. My package arrived the next working day. I want to compliment Season on good customer service, thank you.

I bought a Kai Bread Knife and noticed a small indentation on the handle. I contacted Season who requested photos and they offered to replace the knife but on closer inspection of their stock noticed all the knives had a similar indentation and was likely caused by the production process.

I suspected this might be the case and was satisfied with this response but advised I would contact Kai Europe to advise them on this production issue.

Unfortunately Kai Europe incorrectly flagged this as a defect and requested I send back the knife back to the distributor's quality control department. Season covered the postage for
this return and subsequently Kai Europe realised that this small indentation was indeed caused by the production process.

I've kept the knife and have been satisfied with the follow up received from all parties: the distributor, Kai Europe and Season.

Richard from Season has been exceptional in dealing with this throughout and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Very happy with the customer service received from Dejan at Seasons Cookshop + Cooking School Islington. We had experienced some issues with our Peugeot salt and pepper mills. Dejan diligently contacted the manufacturer to resolve the issue. Thanks again, highly recommend

After making an online order on 23/10 based on extensive research, I was informed that Season didn't have the item in stock and that, even though I'd intimated that I was happy to wait for a restock, 'we are not getting them any time soon this year'. I recommend that Season take more care in ensuring that unavailable goods are marked accordingly on their website or removed from view entirely in order not to waste customers' time.

Following a first-class personal customer service follow-up from Season's Managing Director, I'm updating both the star rating and this review. I'm very satisfied with the final outcome and am very likely to use Season again in the future as a result.

I purchased two Samual Groves saucepans on line from Seasons for just over £200. Both saucepans show marks on the first occasion they used and each time after that. The marks do not come off with washing. I decided to support this business even though I could have bought the pans slightly cheaper on Amazon.
I raised the issue with them immediately and followed up a couple of days later. They have referred the issue to the Samual Groves company. The reason I didn't buy from Samual Groves direct is because their customer service doesn't look reliable. I usually use Le Creuset and have pans that are twenty years old and unblemished. Thought I'd buy British this time ...clearly a mistake.
My consumer protections is applicable to the company who I paid... Seasons but they aren't replying from either of the email addresses they provided. Clearly I should have shopped with Amazon and stuck to Le Creuset. £200 plus worth of disappointment and frustration.

I have been visiting the Season Cookshop stores for over two years now, and have bought almost half my kitchen gear from them!

I enjoy shopping at their brick and mortar stores. It's great that these stores exist in London (despite the high rents!), and I can touch and feel the products before paying for them. I definitely prefer the in-person shopping experience to an online store.

The collection of products at the Season Cookshop stores is well-curated by people who appreciate cooking. As a result, I often find exactly the specific tool or brand I am looking for---especially things that aren't commonly available in big supermarkets. On top of that, their prices are good value. Often, you get the same product at a slightly lower price than you could get elsewhere.

The staff at the stores are knowledgable and helpful. Over the years, I have had some of the nicest in-store interactions with Season Cookshop store staff. They have messed up at times, but are usually responsive to complaints and have always delivered in the end. They definitely have the best of intentions.

I definitely recommend checking out their stores if you live in London and enjoy cooking!

I had an issue with a product that I received, called and spoke to Richard who acted immediately with resolving the problem, excellent service

Season have been a superb supplier on all of the 3 occasions I have used them.Their service, delivery and communication are all first class and I will certainly be using them again. I wish more companies had ‘ their act together’ as well as these guys do. Well done to the whole team-keep up the good work.

Terrible customer service who are quite rude! One word answers to enquiries and act like they’re doing me a favour. Only get updates if I chase my unanswered e-mails. Won’t buy from them again.

Helpful and Courteous staff member at the West Hampstead store dispatched part order promptly and kept me advised. Quality of product is a given from Season, but still worth a shout out.

Yesterday I visited this shop, where I met with excellent customer service, the sellers are very kind and communicative and educated about the products they sell, at their suggestion I bought a Scanpan, which proved to be very good on my first use, and I can say the best pan for sure on the market. thank you Season for excellent customer service and a good proposal, I suggest this shop if you want to feel comfortable and get excellent advice regarding the kitchen and the things you lack in the kitchen, I will definitely come back to this shop because they appreciate the customers

In an age where so many calls to companies seem to end in frustration and disappointment, I was thrilled this week to have such a lovely, positive telephone/ shopping experience...and my husband, who was sitting in the room with me, was equally impressed. I've been looking for particular oil and vinegar dispensers for some time and was very pleased to find that Season stock them. I rang to check that the designs I wanted were in stock and spoke to three incredibly helpful salespeople - Richard in the warehouse, Ryan and another male whose name I didn't ask. These dispensers have different designs and get sent to stores in a box of random designs. Ryan very helpfully checked stock in another store, rang me back straight away and promised to send the 3 designs I wanted. Sure enough, 2 days later they arrived, beautifully and safely packaged and are now in my cupboard looking as lovely as I hoped they would. Thank you so much to all of you for such a friendly, helpful and efficient service. If I lived in London, I'd definitely be making one of these stores my favourite cookshop. Incidentally I'm by no means a serial reviewer but was so pleased with the experience, I just had to put 'pen to paper'.
