Amazing piece. A "must have"
I bought the lunar phase watch. The delivery time was excessive, but the post sale gave me a super great support. Once I received the piece, I was suprised. The quality and details are impresing. Really seems an iwc. The movement is the rebirth of the old Lemania. Thanks!!

Really impressed with the design of the watch
Really impressed with the quality of the watch. i got the 40mm Lume watch and immediately loved the old school military design. They did a great job with the finish of the watch. Before buying it i heard that customs in my country can delay the delivery a bit, but my experience was that it went pretty smoothly

I recently purchased the Seagull 1963 Icon II Blue Steel edition from seagull1963.com, and overall I’m genuinely impressed with the experience and the watch itself.
The Blue Steel version looks even better in person than in the photos. The sunburst blue dial changes beautifully depending on the lighting, and the polished stainless steel case gives it a premium feel far above its price range. The ST1901 hand-wound chronograph movement is smooth, satisfying to wind, and fascinating to watch through the sapphire caseback. The vintage-inspired design mixed with modern upgrades like the sapphire crystal and Super-LumiNova makes this watch feel special on the wrist.
Shipping was straightforward, tracking was provided quickly, and the watch arrived securely packaged in excellent condition. I also appreciated that there were no unexpected import charges during delivery.

I made a purchase on Seagull1963... a couple of hours afterwards, I realised that it may not suit my intended purpose very well (as I needed something with a higher water resistance rating), so I got in touch with customer service to see if I could have my purchase refunded, and this was done within a couple of hours, in a completely hassle-free manner. I appreciated that, and I do hope to make a different purchase at some point in the future, given the positive experience.

Quality issues
Slow delivery - took me almost 25 days to get the watch. Upon delivery, the watch had significant defects - scratched crown with a defect on the back exhibition case.
Support is super slow as well - seriously considering returning the watch.

Warranty not honoured
Warranty accepted, then ignored — four unanswered emails
I raised a warranty claim on 4 April 2026 for a winding and movement defect. Vincent responded on 9 April, confirmed the issue would be assessed under warranty, and asked for my shipping address. I provided it the same day.
Since then: nothing. No return label. No follow-up. I chased on 14 April, 22 April, and again in late April. All three follow-ups were ignored.
To make this worse: I had purchased the 10-year extended warranty top-up at the time of order. This was sold as added peace of mind for exactly this kind of situation. In hindsight, it appears to be a paid add-on that the company has no intention of honouring. Buyers should think carefully before paying extra for coverage that disappears the moment you actually need it.
The watch fault is real and documented. The warranty acceptance is in writing. What is missing is any actual follow-through from the team.
I am not writing this review out of impatience — I gave the company nearly four weeks after their own confirmation before escalating here. I have full email records if the company wishes to dispute the timeline.
For prospective buyers: the watch itself is attractive and the value proposition is clear. But if something goes wrong, be aware that warranty execution may not match the promises on the website. Order #19671.

Très déçu de mon expérience avec ce marchand.
J'ai utilisé cette montre maximum une fois par semaine pendant un an en respectant les consignes scrupuleusement.
Le chronographe est tombé en panne sans raison.
J'ai donc envoyé la montre en SAV après avoir pris contact avec la société Seagull 1963.
Cela fait maintenant 6 semaines que ma montre à été envoyée et réceptionnée.
- Ils m'ont demandé d'envoyer la montre alors qu'elle était déjà chez eux
- Ils me disent que la montre a été renvoyée alors qu'ils ont juste fait un enregistrement chez le transporteur sans déposer le colis
- J'ai par alternance une réponse en Français et en Anglais, complètement à côté de la plaque d'un certain "Vincent"
- On me promet d'envoyer la montre mais rien de fait.
- Aucune explication à savoir si la montre est réparée ou si une nouvelle montre est expédiée en remplacement.
- Même en passant par le formulaire de contact du site internet, personne ne répond.
C'est clairement la dernière fois que j'achète une montre chez eux en terme de qualité, de fiabilité et de suivi du SAV.
