I WOULD NOT BUY IF I WERE YOU!!!The bike came with a crooked rear wheel and would not ride straight due to the frame being welded in properly, after over a month of emailing customer service they finally offered me $200 to take it to a shop myself and get it fixed! I payed $1600 dollars for it and the swing arm, triple clamp, and rear axle bolts all came LOOSE.
I ordered and paid for a Gimbal camera two months ago but haven't received it, and they don't respond to my e-mails either. I am doubtful about their credibility.
Way too many things to list about what's wrong with these bikes. Avoid at all cost. Non-Stop replacement of parts and the only way they will give them to you is if you leave a good review. With the money you will spend on fixing this thing you could buy three of them.
Received a bike that I purchased. The throttle cable came bent and the bike wouldn’t start. I contacted support they said because we changed the handle they won’t do anything for the bike. I ordered a throttle elsewhere and now the tire is flat and the chain off but the bike has been ridden less than an hour. DO NOT PURCHASE. This was a birthday gift for a child. If you want a $500 piece of scrap buy this!!!!!oh you can send it back and return but then they decide how much they will refund you.
