I had a fault on a product, but hey it happens. What's most important is how well it's dealt with, and in my case, the service has been perfect. A quick response and a quick rectification.

Amazing service, couldn’t be more helpful, would highly recommend. Had an issue with a tap we purchased over 2 years ago and they sent me a part straight away.

Very happy with the shower,taps,towel rail and shower screen I've bought from scudo looks great, look forward to using them.
Unfortunately had a problem with one part which has been replaced which was quick and easy when I contacted them with no troubles at all.

I was looking for a replacement part for my bathroom. The advisor who dealt with me was professional and helpful and quickly resolved the matter.

Firstly i must give a massive thank you to Jess, who has finally helped to sort an issue replacing some bath screen seals. definitely a 5 out of 5 for that.
As for the company they get a nil out of 5 for their attitude towards returning non faulty items which were duplicated and are still in our warehouse gathering dust. absolute shambles.

Jess has been awesome! Without these girls in the office Scudo would not be able to run. Hats off to Jess!

Had a faulty Bluetooth Mirror which was two years old but after a few calls & texts Sam fixed it out. I am now getting a new mirror. . A very reputable company and my Scudo Mirror has great sound & great illumination .

We recently purchase a Koge 4in1 tap and had it installed by our plumber.

The tap looks great, however the flow rate is really poor. based on the water pressure which is within specification, we are barely getting 50% of the published flow.
No kinks in the flexible pipes
Installed as per Manufacturer instructions
emailed Customer support with no response.

The description says easy to fit in any kitchen but that was not the plumbers opinion, getting clearance for the weighted spout was also difficult due to the number and length of hoses.

Sam sorted my query out quickly and efficiently.The company customer service is excellent.Thanks again to Sam you made this great experience.

I bought a Wetrooms screen and discovered a chip in it. Unfortunately we had to install it anyway because the plumber was booked and we had guests arriving. I’m sure a refund or replacement would have been given if it wasn’t installed. However, a chip in the screen should never have been there in the first place and a quality control should have been conducted in the factory. It wasn’t done by the courier or ourselves because it was in the middle of the panel. Disappointing.

The team are Scudo are fantastic and we love dealing with them.
