Have just installed a scudo empire unit and bellini tap. Love the unit sink
and tap. What lets it down is the toilet seat cover. Is made of flimsy plastic and feels really cheap. Not what I expect for the price

I needed replacement hinges for a shower door and Sam at Scudo couldn’t be more helpful. The design had changed so the wrong ones were sent initially but a couple of photos later the correct ones were sent and my shower door works like new. I had to contact Scudo (Harrison Bathrooms) customer service due to a faulty cistern. I spoke with Callum in their customer services department via email. Callum was prompt and polite and was able to send me a replacement in just a few days. Amazing customer service! Knowing this support is available would definitely encourage me to use Scudo again.
