Everything works perfectly and if you encounter problems or have questions about your settings, the support answers you at any time and is very competent since it has so far solved all my problems (even the most complicated). Really happy with my experience with Trade2Sync so far. The platform works well and is pretty straightforward to use.
I also want to give a special mention to the support team, especially Sam. He was really helpful and patient with me, even when I had a few issues and questions. He actually took the time to look into my problem and help me get things sorted.
Good service overall, but honestly the support is what stood out the most for me. Thanks again to Sam for the help!

I’ve been using their platform since day one, and I have to say I’m completely satisfied.
The UI is clear and easy to learn; it offers all the necessary options to customize trades, adjust signal logic,R:R, or even change the trade direction. It is literally the copy-trading tool every trader should have.
Trade execution is instantaneous . Plus, I recently ran into an issue with my account and contacted support via Telegram, the problem was fixed in minutes, and they made sure everything was working perfectly before closing the ticket. A professional, reliable team combined with such a powerful tool is truly a dream come true! Highly, highly recommended.

Very bad copier, slow execution and difficult to configure

How on earth do I spend 20hrs asking a customer service why the bot has decided not to tp on the required tp as designated by the bot but decided to give me its own tp. And a customer service takes me round and round for more than 24hrs on a simple question. Your bot is faulty why can't you guys review the issues but instead customer service decide to twist the question in their own way and give me their own answer that's suits them and moreover wheen we complain about the bot, the problem is either my broker or me or the market and never the bot. How come. Your customer services agents are just a piece of shit. Please work on your bot its faulty its calculations are faulty sometimes. It's tiresome

Don't use this so called copytrading service they are scammers. They claim to sell an AI that reads the market and trades like a human, but then you can't find that option in the settings. When you ask them about it, they act clueless. Then, when you try to cancel your subscription, the final step doesn't even show the option to confirm the cancellation. Don't waste your time or money.

I did alot of research on other copiers before I decided to join trade2sync, the setup was a breeze, it works flawlessly and as for the support, they are seriously the best support I've seen on any platform or service, not only do they respond pretty much instantly, they dont give canned responses and they are even considering adding one of my requests to their next update!

I have tried their service for a month and I want to inform everyone that they offer extremely bad services, very often the signals that should be copied they do not copy and they always leave the blame to someone else, because their platform is very complicated to use, you have to take a computer course to understand them, until you make the first month's payment they are very polite and the first moment they take the money their behavior changes radically, they also have another trick when you make the first activation they launch a way for the next month's subscription to be automatically repeated, they do this on purpose because they know that anyone who uses their subscription next month will not continue it, but there are many people like me who, since I am busy with other work, can forget to close the subscription for next month and they want to at least take the clients' money for another month So beware, those who make the mistake and subscribe to these scammers, immediately stop subscribing for the next month. BEWARE OF THIS FRAUDULENT AND MISERABLE SERVICE COMPANY

Excellent service, trades get copy instantly.

The support team is fast, efficient, and resolves questions and problems with great professionalism. They are always attentive to the customer's needs and never complain.
On the other hand, the Expert Advisor (EA) works very well, installation is simple, and support resolves even the most complex issues quickly. Highly recommended.
