It is very important to communicate with the AI agent. If the commands are well-defined, the answer is very good. I had a good experience with Scispace.

This product looks good at first glance, but you need to be very aware that it can produce FAKE references in literature reviews. Their "Help" system is utter rubbish, and they constantly badger you to upgrade to the next paid tier (which is EXTREMELY expensive) to get your results. Their subscription model is totally obscene. I'd gladly continue, but it's an extremely unreliable platform that produces spurious results - STAY AWAY.

SciSpace is a great tool to quickly find out Which papers you should actually read in depth. It helps to find out a topic that is exciting to you. I really love the podcast feature where you can listen to 3 minute interview style conversation on any paper to judge whether you should read that paper or not.

I started using Scispace over a year ago and it is a great program. I did several lit searches for a project I was working on and it was fast, efficient, and easy to use. Since then, my role has changed and I needed to halt my service. Any questions I have had while using and expressing the need to cancel were responded to quickly and professionally. I highly recommend the subscription if you need to do deep searches into the literature.

Overall really good experience, service and attention wise. Enjoyed using Sci-space for my investigation proyects, made my life way lot easier. Customer service was very straight forward and friendly, helped me through a refund process.

The automatic annual renewal subscription just withdrew money from my bank account without notifying. Since, I haven't used scispace (because I don't do research anymore), I want to cancel the subscription and want my full refund. So, I contacted through email. But the email response is super fast and got immediate reply. They also replied that my money will be fully refunded also. Thank for your quick responses.
