Visa Service  Arvostelua

Good Experience

I wouldn't recommend it to anybody you paid them a fee and that's the end of your money. They would pretend they are booking you a slot at an embassy but at the appointed time they just give a date and call you half an hour to the time so you can't make it . Then they will delete all communication between you and them. They rogues if you then call them they don't respond to your calls meanwhile they get the fee upfront. I intend to report them to the umbudsman for my refund. Its a rough company and I won't recommend them to anyone.

I have concerns about the reviews and customer experiences associated with Schengenholidays. Some reviews appear difficult to independently verify, so I believe Trustpilot should take a closer look at the profile and confirm that the reviews are based on genuine customer experiences.

There also seem to be customer complaints and concerns that deserve proper investigation. I would encourage Trustpilot to review the available evidence, check the authenticity of the reviews, and take appropriate action if any reviews or business practices are found to violate its guidelines.

Anyone who has personally experienced a problem should keep their booking documents, payment records, emails, WhatsApp messages, and other evidence and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Customers deserve genuine reviews and clear, reliable information before choosing a travel service.

I had high hopes for this company, but they completely failed to deliver. They did the wrong put there immigration status they wrote the date which is shere code date not my visa date which is showing ur start date and valid date visa and her name is officially told me Ana and parents call her mahaTheir promises were false, and the experience was very disappointing.

At first I thought it was a ascam. When they asked me to send my documents.
I doubt it and I took a risk
After sending them my document. And the agent ask me to make a payment. After the payment they process my document and I had an appoitment letter for interview
After the interview 5 days later they gave me my visa. It was stress free I could not believe it.The process was quick

Great experience, top notch service 👍

My experience with Schengenholidays is the best I can't imagine. I have never come across a trusted travelling company before in my entire life. The whole thing happened within a twinkling of an eye and I got my first ever Schengen visa to Switzerland with multiple entries. The process started shortly and my appointment to the embassy was booked on 17th December 2025, and after the biometrics I got the visa approval on 23rd December 2025. The fastest of all time. Schengen Holidays Hurrayyyy........

Be aware of this people service.
Some one referred me there services for schengen visa. They gave me price we agreed on it 150£. i send them my documents asking you have to pay now 70£ now and 80£ when we get you the appointment after I transfer 70£ to them. After 2 days asking me more 35£ to add in total then we can set ur appointment hiw can you trust people like this who knows when I pay them they will not ask more money to add in to proceed. When I ask them to refund me my 70£ i don't want to tack ur service they refused to refund me by saying we can only give you service not money back. When I told them I will write the review on ur website he/she be come personal i have all the chat.i trying to chat with them but he/she started calling me i answer the call he is saying to me I am cheap I paid you my hard earned money not sitting on computer trying robbing people money.
He did personal attack on me by saying means talk.if I have screenshot option to upload i will do that.
Thanks

Very good experience with my Schengen visa application. The agent was professional, responsive, and guided me clearly through every step. The process was smooth and stress-free, and I received my visa

We agreed the first option but they said we will book the flights before appointment but they hold me until appointment day on appointments day they said sorry we couldn’t book the flights
I booked it straight away on appointment day myself but they said they will refund it but they didn’t refund it and the visa application been refused

I had high hopes for this company, but they completely failed to deliver. Their promises were false, and the experience was very disappointing.

Communication was timely, smooth, warm, supportive and engaging. Hope the services even get better and wider and never perfect🤓.

I do really have to say a lot about this company but I was really disappointed in having a deal with this company, they are very bad company and they are not what they said they are, and they disappointed customers.

It was great and also Schengen holiday co.uk has the best team and good workers am grateful for the support and service thank u to the one who helped me get through the process thank you once again

I used schengen holidays to process my visa application to Iceland.
I had quick, clear and useful responses throughout the entire process.
Jessica was particularly always at hand to advise me accordingly in things like what is required of me,filling in the forms and booking the appointment at the visa processing centre.
They were really helpful.
