I have decided to subscribe to Schedult after going through the 7-day free trial and I have to say I am quite impressed by the contents they have provided me with during the trial period. Have not officially started the subscription but I am definitely looking forward to working with them. The customer support however is not as responsive as I would like it to be. Overall, I am pretty satisfied so far :)

Great content taken from my website and mixed in with industry data. I like the convenience of their dashboard which makes it quick and easy to edit anything if required. Very responsive - highly recommend!

This company is excellent!! I needed someone to create social media content for our business accounts for a long time but didn’t make the effort to find someone. They reached out to me one day and they were perfect for what I needed. The content created was well made and spot on for what we do as a company. I totally recommend them to others.

Schedult reached out to me on LinkedIn from 3 different people employed at the company over a couple of months. I decided to give them a shot and used the 7 day trial and I filled in the brief.

I got back the designs and they needed some minor tweaks made to them so I sent spent some time completing their revision request form as well as recording some video feedback to help make clear what revisions I needed to be made and got a message that the revisions would be with me in 3 business days.

After 5 business days passed without any follow-up or revision on their end, it has become clear they don't have enough interest in helping customers like myself who are trying to schedule events for our company's marketing campaign.

I am disappointed with the lack of urgency and professionalism and will say that the company really needs to work on their customer engagement and communication.

I've been on the platform for a few months now and extremely happy with the service. The designs and content represent my brand well and save me a ton of time trying to come up with content to post. I will be upgrading my plan to add video and blog posts.

Schedult has made social media post management incredibly easy. We set it up once a month in advance and there is nothing else needed from me. I love it.

Great company - Customised and regular content online - very professional and great value for money !!

This is a very cost-effective content solution for social media. Definitely had teething problems but the content is great and the customer service is brilliant. Be patient! The team will work with you to get it to the standard you want.
