It has been an excellent experience working with Schedult!
Their Social Media Content Creation skills are phenomenal. In addition, their customer service team is highly supportive. I highly recommend Schedult for Social Media Marketing and will continue to work with them!

I have been a Schedult subscriber for 3 months now. The content creators are fantastic to say the least. More than 90% of the content written for my fb/instagram page are highly relevant, engaging and the images are refreshing. There were however a couple of occasions one or two posts were duplicated but they were always revised/corrected in quick time as soon as I send in a feedback. I added blogpost (400words) service last month as an add-on. The content is just as well written and targeted. I am enjoying the subscription.

I engaged them to manage two of brands and I have been impressed with them so far. Looking forward to continuing to work with them for the longer term

Fast turnaround, good quality content for what you pay for. I would love to be able to communicate with a content manager instead of submitting revisions after revisions but I understand why it is the way it is.

An overall good experience with Schedule so far.
It's taken some back and forth to make changes as they don't have a dedicated content manager they assign to your account, however once things are up and running it's fairly smooth sailing.

You do need to make sure you're checking over all their content though as we have caught a few spelling mistakes and have had to make changes ourself which I think is expected for the price you're paying.

If you don't have the time to manage social posts, and are looking for something cost effective then I would recommend Schedult.

Great content and customer service! We are a growing agency and use Schedult for our clients and what we wanted was reliability above all else and this is why we continue to use Schedult as a preferred partner. The team create content without any fuss and it is usually done shorter than the allocated time of 3 working days. I get revisions over the weekend too so they are over-delivering in that department! Recommended to give them a try at the very least!

I will admit we were extremely sceptical at first due to the lack of available portfolios/sample work on their website. However, after giving them a run for their money they've over-delivered and achieved results that we feel comfortable presenting to our clients.

If Schedult is able to look after an agency as well as they have then I rest confident that any other agency or individual would be looked after in the highest regard.

For a busy professional, creating content for social media is time consuming and diverts away from my work. I discovered Schedult online and found the prices reasonable so thought I would give it a try. I used the 7 day free trial and the content produced was great. Some changes needed to be made and Schedult made the necessary changes. I have since signed up and received the content for the first month. So far the work has been satisfactory with necessary changes being made as required. I have provided them with some content/advise for next month's content which should hopefully help further guide the content. All in all, having Schedult manage the headache of creating and posting content for the price I am paying makes it worthwhile for me.

There is no content manager that we can communicate directly on the content expectation.

We are spending more time going through a revision form on what we need to amend. It does not help on the business process and is better off doing it yourself.

We would need to wait for up to 3 working days just to get a revision done. You might have a better luck getting a freelancer instead as the plan cannot be cancelled due to low quality post.

Reply to Schedult: 24 hours live chat support is to assist general enquires. For contents amendments, it will take you to another link/page to fill up everything you would like to amend, and it will take up to 3 working days to revise the contents as it goes on and on as anyone can already tell, it is very time consuming and time is precious. Believe for any business owners, time are very much valuable.

We are disappointed with the quality we received through our trial period and requested for a cancellation but sadly, we have already been billed and was told that there is nothing could be done. We stay with Schedult and have spent time throughout our first month explaining the contents we are hoping for but failed to met. We appreciate the credit for our next month however, we have decided not to use any of the contents provided and proceed with cancellation.

In order to cancel our subscription, we will have to go through Schedult 24 hour live chat support, go through the link/page provided to request for cancellation and emails to ask for cancellation for the fourth time just to do a simple cancellation.

Anyone who wish to try out their service, do browse through their Facebook reviews, we regret not doing so before trying their service. If time is precious to you, there is better options elsewhere.

I am so happy that I was referred to Schedult, they have made the process of my social media content and management such a less daunting experience as it is certainly not my zone of genius. They have done so much research and I was beyond happy seeing the content they have put together for me and was well beyond my expectations. I just can't recommend them enough. Interesting! Came across this company via a Facebook ad, and proceeded to try it. Not bad. To date, the content they are producing is up to expectations. Now waiting for them to include Google My Business as well and my social media needs will be complete.

I have tried other services like this before, but the content provided with Schedult is much better than the others. The value is great too and looking forward to continued success and hopefully a white-label dashboard to share with customers.
