I Fully Support Scent Scientists
I previously wrote a review complaining about the customer service offered by Scent Scientists.
I had been trying to contact them re a missing order, had had no reply to several emails and they have no phone number. However!..since then I have been in touch with Elliot at the company who has been really let down by Royal Mail. They appear to have lost a shed load of his products and he is desperate to locate them. In the meantime he has been very helpful and given me a full refund which I will be using to re-order the oils I need.
Just to say I have ordered from Scent Scientists before with no problem and am still very keen to support their business. Thanks to Elliot, who is really worried about the impact Royal Mail has had on his company. Hopefully it'll all be ok.

Great company and really friendly
Great company and really friendly . I ordered on the 23rd nov and the parcel didn’t arrive . I was then made aware that due to the Royal Mail strikes the parcel had been lost and I received an offer for a full refund or gift card for more than we initially bought, I chose the card and the order arrived writhing 2 days. Really strong oils and the essential oils are the best quality I’ve used in years

UPDATE:
i'm writing again to inform everyone that i finally received an email regarding my order and it seems like an innocent mistake were made and i eventually received a full refund ....thanks to trustpilot and to Elliot from ES.
