Placed a monthly gift subscription for my wife. Neither she nor I received the gift or any notification. Asking for an eta of the ordered gift, the response was that they’d sent my wife 5 notifications to activate the gift over 5 days. Since I was never told this activation from my wife was needed and it was a surprise birthday gift, I didn’t know to warn her to check spam for the notification.
Found it; tried to “activate“; nothing worked. Sent multiple emails to sent box to no avail.
Seems very much like a scam intended to trap customers. Strongly advise avoiding this company.

My first one came and it smells amazing

Honestly was expecting something like scent bird but instead got a whole better upgrade. The scents are cleaner and fresher. The container doesn't fall apart and there's no glass exposed like scent bird does leaving it vulnerable to breakage. My wife is going to be using you guys as well. Even my confidence has been boosted just to know I smell good.

I ordered my monthly subscription & it never came . I keep reaching out to customer service but no reply . Such a ripoff

I'm so glad I chose to sign up with scent box. The selection is amazing and very affordable and I can exchange if I don't like something no questions asked. This is an amazing company keep up the good work scent box I love it.

I picked 3 scents for one month and they chose to send me none of what I chose i guess i got overstock. I would not recommend this site very unsatisfied will be switching to scentbird ASAP. I want to use stronger words but trying to keep my cool DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!!!

The perfume arrived very quickly. The packaging was very pretty, a gold parcel. With a lovely black box inside. The attomiser was very classy, and the amount of perfume was impressive. Looking forward to the next parcel to arrive.

Great selection of products, the speed of delivery wasn't that fast to be honest, and the price is a little high but for the selection I'd still consider it worth it.

Scentbox has horrible customer service and an even worse billing system. They overcharged my card several times. Beware! Very hard to cancel.

The scents I've received thus far have been premium. However the shipping time is outrageous. Not sure yet if the scents are worth waiting for or if I should try another site.

The absolute best place to sample what would otherwise be very expensive perfume. Love them! You get your moneys worth and can keep yourself from spending and not being able to return later. I have been with them for over 2 years!

I was gifted a ScentBox 6 month package and so far I’ve had a I’ve ‘Scent-sational adventure’. It’s a great way to try different perfumes. The little atomisers have been delivered on time and the colours are lovely. Customer service is good, this month I had a small issue trying to select my choice of perfume, (I input my choice for March, inadvertently selecting it twice for it to show on April’s calendar too. I couldn’t find a way of deleting it so refreshed the page resulting in not being able to access the March calendar at all. I Emailed ScentBox Sunday asking them to amend and confirmed my choice of sample. I received a friendly response well within 24 hours, explaining I had been late submitting my choice and that the ‘default’ sample had already been dispatched, however as a goodwill gesture, they are also sending me my choice for this month. So overall I’m really happy with ScentBox customer service and all the perfumes I’ve had so far .
