Fast response and resolved my issue

I used to use Scentbird, but when they changed the decants, I did not like them, so I cancelled. I’ve subscribed to Scentbird for two months now, and I only have positive feedback to leave. First of all, their selection is much better, at least for me. They have %90 of what I’m looking for. Second, I like that you can basically make your own price, depending on the quality of fragrance you like. Third, and most importantly, the customer service has been fantastic the one time I’ve had to use them. Flukes happen, and I happened to receive one decant that doesn’t operate properly. It didn’t eject correctly, didn’t spray, and leaked most of the contents out. This is NOT a complaint about the hardware, this can happen to anything. The point is, I emailed them during the weekend, and they responded Monday morning, already stating that they shipped a replacement, no questions asked. I even asked them if they will send a return label, so I can return the defective product, so it doesn’t seem like I’m trying to double my product, which they haven’t responded to that request. There was a small drawback, and they IMMEDIATELY took care of it. That says volumes about a company.

I purchased ScentBox because I love the concept and wanted to try a number of different fragrances. I am pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service they provided when an issue came up. The attention they gave me was fantastic. Also, I bought my wife a gift subscription to ScentBox for Mother’s Day and she loved it!

Love getting my subscription from scentbox . Beautifully presented spray bottle in a nice box much more professional and nicer looking than other companies i have tried and more niche fragrance options. Signed my mom and brother up already and trying to talk my other brother into signing also.

I love this concept, of sampling the perfume before spending hundreds on it! I find it helpful and affordable! There’s lots of perfumes to choose from, making the next months easy to plan out! They tell you your delivery date and shipping date which is nice and easy to track.

love the packaging and the choices of fragrances

As a man who loves to smell great, Scent Box has been a game-changer for my wallet. I’m currently on the 3-scents-a-month plan and it saves me so much money compared to buying full designer bottles that cost a fortune. I love that I can set up my queue for the entire year and easily adjust my choices for the next month whenever I want. It’s given me the chance to try high-end fragrances I’ve never had before—like Baccarat Rouge—all for a low price. I would love for the smell to have a bit more endurance, but even so, this service still stands to be far better than anything else out there. Highly recommend!

First of I would like to thank you for allowing me to get a membership. And secondly, my first fragrance is one of my favorites. I have spoken with my children and friends about your company. Great job, now I can be pretty and smell sexy and beautiful.

I've received one scent and one case thus far and am pleased with the overall experience. Notably, your offerings surpass those of Scentbird, my previous subscription, especially considering the additional cost I incurred for a case, which prompted me to try your service. I'm currently awaiting my husband's arrival, expected today, and am still pending my second scent delivery. I believe the delay was due to the need to set up an extra perfume selection. My primary suggestion for improvement would be developing a mobile app, as the website occasionally experiences glitches, potentially on my end. Nonetheless, having an app would enhance the user experience and prove beneficial.

I’ve been a subscriber for 4+ years now (that sounds about right) and I’ve always had great things to say about Scentbox. I still find myself recommending it to friends and people I meet all the time. Just this month I realized I’d been charged for two months without receiving anything in the mail. This was odd because Scentbox has been so consistent, my monthly scent has always arrived. I reached out to Scentbox Customer Service, and they were incredibly easy to communicate with. They responded quickly and resolved the issue as fast as they could. When they told me when to expect both my regular shipment and the missed one, they were spot on. That really stood out to me because, lately, my customer service experiences in general have been pretty disappointing. Dead serious…Scentbox gave me hope again.

Great customer service

Only thing I'd complain is the shipping wait time on receiving but other than that no complaints customer service is quick to reply when requested and all the scents are definitely top of the line fragrances! 10/10 would recommend.

All but the last delivery was on time, and the scents were as chosen. There was a problem not with Scent Box, but with the post office for delivery. After several failed attempts at calling the local post office, I called Scent Box, and they were very friendly and understanding. They had another order shipped out immediately. This is a great company in a world now of not-so-great companies!!

I just got my first ScentBox and i have to say they blow scentbird out of the water. I canceled theirs after i got my firat delivery. The fragrances are so much better and you dont need to pay for cases they come in great twist up cases. I also got a few surprise discount cards for popular companies that came with it. I will totally be keeping this subscription going.

Great products and Greater customer service. Order always on time.

I have been a ScentBox subscriber for over a year. I enjoy the change to try a perfume put before purchasing a full bottle! Having the ability to choose what scent I receive is a great opportunity to sample scents I may not be familiar with. There was a shipping issue with my most recent shipment and the customer service was top notch, great communication and a quick fix. I would highly recommend subscribing!
