Initially was very excited to be approached by Rafael at SYP to increase conversions on my fashion e-commerce website. After months of back and forth, trial ads, and zero conversions, Rafael had one of his employees zoom call me to end our working relationship. The person who called me explained that there was a problem with my pixel which did not allow SYP to properly track the activity on my website. When I asked follow up questions about the pixel, the employee told me that she was not an expert, Rafael was. I asked if he could get on a call in the following days and was told yes, just to receive an email afterward saying he would never be available to talk and that it was best to terminate immediately. Ultimately, a terrible ending to what seemed like a legitimate service. For all the other comments about wonderful experiences with SYP, I had a terrible experience, with not even so much as an explanatory call from the manager. I would not recommend working with this company. They did not fully refund me the 800 euro service fee and they produced 0 revenue for my website.

In addition to that, we did a lot back-end work for your business, which isn't something we normally do for other clients. We also worked on your ads and website, which we constantly conveyed and updated you on.
We did everything we could but things didn't work out which is why we gave you a refund.
Again, we apologize for not meeting your expectations and we wish you all the best on your future endeavors.

SYP consistently overdelivers! (I've been a client for 3 years)
We have been a client with SYP for 3 years now. Rafael and his team are extremely knowledgable, hardworking, and professional. More importantly, they are very KPI-driven and always deliver very polished work.
I view SYP more as a partner than just an agency. The reason is that they really do care and always dive deep into your problems. They want to understand exactly what goals you want to achieve and then they put themselves into your shoes to help define the ideal marketing strategy to get you there.
That is what puts them far above the others: that they empathize and also understand the business side of things!
We have worked with other marketers (freelancers and payroll employees) and vetted several other agencies. We came back to SYP actually and are very happy we did. They quickly turned around a severe marketing downturn that 4 different marketers (some of them came highly recommended and had held high positions) that we churned through were unable to solve.
For context: we sell an e-learning product worldwide using various marketing channels.
