SBS Parts Review
Hi SBS team. Appreciate you providing the faders I needed quickly. Unfortunately, they were not packed well and ended up falling out of the lightweight plastic tray they were in inside the box, only covered with cellophane and I assume were rolling around freely in the box during shipping as that is how I found them when I opened the box upon arrival.
Fortunately the faders seem to be intact. But please instruct your team to pack items for shipping more carefully moving forward. Alan

No email for confirmation/dispatch of order
No email confirmation of order. No email when dispatched. Posted was expensive but arrived pretty quick.
UPDATE:
If I entered the WRONG email then how did trust pilot email me to write a review? Junk folder? What am I 7? No emails arrived! Your attitude drops you down to 1 star & I'm never buying from you again.

If you didn't receive any email order or delivery notifications it likely you entered incorrect email address when you registered or perhaps it went to your junk. On average there is around 5 automated emails sent once placing an order through to dispatch

actually no stars at all - this company is Fraud!
i created an account, purchased a product and paid via Card. received no confirmation mail - last status was "Awaiting Revolut Payment"..
they received the money as i can proof by bank statement.
Today seems like they deleted my Account, can't login anymore... "This email is not registered as an account"
my lawyer will take care of this! be careful with this company!!!
