Order fulfilled !

There was a little snafu with my order and the delivery due to the manufacturer, however the communication between myself and SBS was clear and concise. The order was fulfilled. I am happy.

Allen and Heath Xone:92 part order mistake.

I ordered a Xone:92 master PCB from SBS audio visual, and unfortunately ordered a newer revision PCB that no longer works with my version 1 mixer. SBS staff responded quickly to emails about the mistake and helped me understand why it wasn't compatible with my version of mixer. They very graciously offered to refund the cost of the part. All through the process the staff responded quickly and was very understanding and I'm very appreciative of this excellent communication and service.

Honest, knowledgable and delivers on time

The communication and honesty from SBS was fantastic and exactly what you need.

They delivered (drop shipped) as promised and thankfully the replacement part rectified the issue with the low level fogger.

We have bought small repair items from SBS in the past and 100% recommend them to anyone who wants to but AV equipment or repair parts.

These folks are serious

Made it from Uk to Eu in precisely one week (monday to monday), despite one holiday in said week, passing customs, asking me if I wanted to cancel because a single part wasn't available anymore, and ordering the parts at manufacturer. Idk maybe they're sitting real close to allen & heath, but I am thoroughly impressed.

Shipment problems, counterfeit parts

First order did not arrive. Status "announced" at the carrier for weeks. No refund for the obviously unsent package even a month later. Second order of the urgently needed potentiometers arrived with most likely non-OEM parts. Resistance of the potentiometers was 10kOhm instead of the 20kOhm they should have had according to the part number. UPS requested 15€ of fees on top of the 30€ for shipping for 15€ worth of parts.
