Savoir Beds Arvostelua 3

The 2 negative reviews here are very surprising considering my wonderful experience from start-to-finish buying a Savoir No.5 mattress with bed and topper. James & Eileen at the London Savior showroom were always personable and professional. The gentlemen who delivered the bed and set it up were actually some of the craftsmen who worked on it, and very pleasant to talk to. The bespoke service with Savoir was beyond my expectations, and they were also very accommodating when I needed to delay delivery after my property purchase transaction fell through. Beyond the wonderful service, the bed comfort and style is beyond description. In a few years I want to upgrade to a No.1 just because I can't imagine an even better sleep experience, and knowing 'better' exists make me need to have one. Just need to save a bit more ;-).

So disappointed with the service at the Savoir concession at Harrods.
Before buying a mattress from them, we were told that if there was any problem it would be sorted out.
We were advised to buy a medium tension split mattress and felt confident that given their experience with mattresses this was the correct tension.
Unfortunately, my wife has suffered with shoulder and hip pain since.
When returning to Savoir we were told they can’t change the tension but we could buy a sprung bedframe from them.
My feeling is that they are not interested in improving sleep for people but only to sell more product without any guarantees.
I have no question with regard to the quality of the beds but the customer service has been appalling and we are now left with an expensive mistake.

We purchased a bed and a dual tension No 3 mattress from Savoir in October 2023, hoping for a premium sleeping experience. Unfortunately, our initial night on the mattress revealed a significant issue, leading to a bad backache. Savoir's inspection confirmed a faulty mattress, and they offered a loan mattress and repair.

The situation took a downturn due to Savoir's lack of attention to details and the manager's abrasive tone. Despite our compromise to change the mattress to a consistent tension (to reduce the risk of further faults), the resolution process left us increasingly concerned. Ultimately, we lost faith and sought a refund, only to face refusal citing their terms.

Savoir's disregard for customer sleep and experience is deeply disappointing. Their refusal of a refund, coupled with a resolution that seemingly prioritizes their interests, highlights a focus on retaining money over customer satisfaction. As patrons seeking a luxury brand for a guaranteed high-quality experience, we find ourselves thoroughly disappointed. Our sleep has been greatly impacted, and the matter remains unresolved.
