Absolute waste of money, did nothing what so ever after using for 30 days. So disappointing!

I was billed $130 every four days four times but only received one order of two gummy‘s and a bottle of body oil. Every time I talk to a rep they would not talk about a refund but would give me 30% off and then I will get billed again. This is the worst customer I have ever dealt with.

I initially ordered as there was a buy one get one offer with free gifts. It took four weeks for the order to arrive and by the time I received the initial order, I received notification that my debit card was charged three times the cost by Savanna Skin, I reached out as I did not place another order as I used the product one day and it caused hives so I couldnt continue to use it and "Kayla" responded stating it was "already shipped" therefore she could not cancel the order and that I enrolled in autoshipment. I told Kayla I did not enroll in autoshipment and there was no way the order shipped as it just went through and the first order I had received an email stating my order shipped, which I had not received and in fact, did not receive that email for three more days. Well, 31 days later still have not received my order.

Ordered because I’m pale and don’t tan, knew it wouldn’t work, but thought it was worth a try. I got my first delivery after waiting 5 weeks and some body scrub which I hadn’t ordered. A few days after I was charged over £50 for another order - I had no idea that they had held my card details and another delivery of tanning gummies and awful weird body scrub arrived. The tanning gummies are a con! As if chewing a sweet each day could alter the colour of your skin? I was charged another £39, so had to get my bank involved. I had tried and tried to contact Savannah Skin to cancel a subscription that I hadn’t knowingly signed up for. I’ve cancelled my card and my bank are keeping an eye on my account in case they try to take more money

Horrible customer service, auto ship too soon, charged several times $137.00 3 times after contacting their un-man customer service line. This is the worst company because they don’t man their contact portal & the products come way too fast and they auto-charge your cards without permission. I had to change my credit card because of their inability to do honest business.

do not trust this company, they sign you up for a subscription you never asked for and repeatedly take money for stuff you never ordered.
absolute rip off should be shut down.

Total Scammers Be Warned do not give them your card details.
They took £60 then £120 then £122 all within 1 month.
My card provider blocked them for me and reimbursed me £222… there are too many companies like this on FB and Instagram now… please be warned don’t fall into the trap and end up feeling robbed, used and abused.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They put you on auto ship without your permission and charge your card like every other week. After requesting cancellation they continued to charge my card. I had to cancel my card and start a dispute!

This company needs to be struck off. They take your money for orders never placed.
They say that someone is personally looking after your account - fiction!
They do not respond to emails.
They do not action your cancellations.
Avoid at all costs.

Ordered on 17th march,never received goods,they also refused full refund,dont buy from this company they are awful, they need investigating and shut down,scamming thousands of people.

Do not buy from this company, they have re-sent my first order, and I cannot get in touch with them to cancel the order at all. Have tried emailing and calling, just do not use them for anything.

Never Buy from this site Savanna Skin, product not up to expectations , You are put on a subscription and keep receiving emails telling you more supplies are on their way, while taking money from your account. even though you have cancelled the subscription, it gets ignored. continues to take money from your bank . You will have a bit of job sorting the mess out getting money back etc . STAY AWAY from ordering .

Only gave 1 star because they don’t allow less. Total scam, they keep sending unwanted orders and charging your card. The price is much higher. Several emails asking them to remove me from the subscription I never agreed to, and then another order is charged. I had to cancel my card to make it stop

SCAM!! place a one time order! they signed me up for subscription. phone # is impossible. no one returns message. email is ridiculous. someone will answer you back offering 30% refund & keep product. I said no, i didn't subscribe. they continue to email offering 40%. still no, i want full refund. i refused package and they are now saying that i will be charge $5 for return fee. I said NO, wasn't my fault. i placed a one time order, not subscription!! they have not responded yet. i went to my bank!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! AVOID THE RIP OFF!!!! and they don't work. the "one time" order i did, i took all 30 gummies in a month, NO COLOR!!!!!

I ordered a one-time introductory pack of gummies for about $70. Buried in their messaging, I noticed vague mention of a subscription. When I tried to cancel, the webpage didn’t exist. Their only option was email support.

I emailed immediately: “Cancel any subscription.” Instead, they “paused” my account so I could “evaluate the product.” That same day, they charged me again for a second order, this time around $200.

They called it a “glitch,” claimed it was already too late to stop, and offered only a 30% refund while warning me how inconvenient a return would be. They expected me to pay 70% of their error. 

At the time, they advertised a 60-day money-back guarantee. That policy has since disappeared.

Over the next three days, I was effectively locked out of contacting them. My emails bounced back with delivery errors. Meanwhile, they placed a third and fourth order, each around $200.

At that point, I had no choice but to involve my bank and issue stop payments.

In under two weeks, they fradulently charged me $600. I have received nothing except the initial order.

There is no clear disclosure that this is a subscription service. Every help link routes back to the same unresponsive email.

This is not just bad customer service. It is predatory. Be cautious with social media ads and any company that makes cancellation difficult or impossible.

Absolutely a scam, ordered a one off order but then a couple of days later they took more money out of my bank in total 3 payments with no gummies, do not buy from them

I ordered these tanning gummies as a one off , paying £42 as a trial in March. I have received absolutely nothing from these scammers. They have also had the audacity to take 3 payments from my credit card each for £90.84. I have raised a dispute with my credit card company. This is a total scam . I am horrified these people are allowed to do this in the UK.

I have left 1 star because I didn’t have an option to leave 0! Do not buy from this company they are a scam! They will take money out of your account every couple of weeks then try every week! I had to contact my bank! Please do not trust this company and you’ll save yourself a headache!
