Absolute crooks taking money then promising refund that hasn’t arrived I wanted a months trial which took a month to arrive 30 day money back already spent before you get then money coming out of account two lots in three days and delivery arrived within days couldn’t cancel because they had already been processed and can’t return as they have no warehouse wrong on so many levels still waiting refund won’t hold my breath

Steer Clear - they are crooks plain and simple.
My experience - Purchased one packet (which didn’t work anyway) that turned into a monthly subscription and then a third batch arrived 2 weeks later- 3 debits on the credit card. Been promised a partial refund, been waiting for 2 months despite repeatedly chasing

Please no one buy anything from this scammer it’s awful and Kayla so called customer service who is sorting your refund is a fake it’s awful

Wish I could give zero stars and that I'd checked reviews earlier. Kayla has made promises of prioritizing 4 month wait for 1/2 my order, but never followed through. I've got more than 50 email exchanges between us telling me she's made the second half of my missing order her top priority --all lies. I paid the extra insurance to ensure that my products would arrive at my door; they have not. Now I see that they never will. I intend to let the attorney general and BBB know about this fraudulent company and will seek repayment via my credit card company. AWFUL!

Please don't buy off this site what a load of scammers. They take money out with no consent and are frauds.

This company is diabolical and needs shutting down. I have been having an on going battle since April (89 emails to be precise) to get my 70% refund from Kayla!! Who promised me I would but there was a technical glitch. I have now heard nothing from here for 5 days so am now assuming I will not get my refund. I previously posted on here a review and she said if I removed it I would get my refund…not…so I'm writing another one. If anyone is thinking of buying off this company then don’t they are scammers and it needs to be stopped so I am going to look into what I can do. I’m actually surprised that they haven’t already been shut down. If I could give it no stars I would….god know how many thousands they have made out of innocent people. I have now reported this company to the FTC….google it and do the same

i wish there was no stars. This company is an absolute joke and so is Kayla. Promised now 3 months for a refund and just keep getting fobbed off. I think she is AI because the emails all repetitive rubbish. The gummers do not even work! Stay away from this company!!

I ordered in march and never received my order, I contacted about a week after and have just been fobbed off with false promises and apologies since. 26 emails later and 5 months later I am still waiting for goods/refund
This is a scam and a disgusting company, something needs to be done

Shocking service ordered a trial then money taken out of account saying i had ticked subscription. I hadnt. Fighting to get my money back

Horrible customer service! Hit you twice in one month and then you question them and Kayla tells you it’s is her top priority for WEEKS and there is a computer glitch….. all BS! Then when you ask for the truth that you are not getting a refund you get ghosted!!! DO NOT BIY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Is there a "0" star rating. Absolutely horrible customer service. I too have been dealing with "Kayla" since April. They sent me two orders. I had already asked to cancel. Blamed the second on a computer error. Told me they would give me 75% refund on both orders. Here it is, 7/8/26 and still no credit. I have keep track of all correspondence with Kayla (is she even real). My last correspondence I stated I was filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. No response since then.

First shipment they didn't get my address correct even though I typed it out correctly and my billing and shipment address was exactly the same so it had to be returned to the sender I had to wait for this to be received before they sent another out. They have apparently sent a further 2 out and all have failed to arrive at my address no other company has such an issue. Now it is being returned to sender again for reasons unknown and I have to wait for them to receive the package back to them before they will issue me with a refund. I ordered the tanning gummies in April. It's now July. Absolutely shocking company. Do not buy from here

My first order I didn't realise your were on an automatic subscription.. I had purchased the 3 months with gifts & then within another 2 weeks I had another 3 months eventually delivered due to automated subscription :-( I immediately cancelled it via email.
Totalling a whopping £549.84 taken from my bank account - not happy
Due to a computer glitch they then took another 2 payments from my bank account.
I am in regular email contact with Kayla - she knows how to string you along, I have now been waiting for 3 months for the partial refund totalling to £306.64 to be credited back to me. I have every email to & from Savanna skin,
AND TO BE HONEST THEY DON'T WORK

Awful company and awful products! First order took an age to arrive. I was then suddenly billed over £90 without any knowledge as they had sneakily signed me up to a repeat monthly billing subscription that was not mentioned / extremely unclear. This order placed against my knowledge then billed me for ‘two FREE gifts’ and when it finally arrived only 1 pack of gummies was enclosed (the order should have contained 2 packs and the two ‘free’ gifts). After months of being promised refunds and that the missing items would be shipped, I get fobbed off with AI generated emails every time I chase them and to this day, I remain not only out of pocket but without the majority of the order that was unknowingly placed. And worst of all, having taken the tanning gummies for well beyond the time they are supposedly supposed to work, they have done NOTHING!!!! Do not buy from this company, it’s a massive con with products that don’t do as they claim, you are tricked in to repeat orders and then don’t receive the products or services they promise

This company is a scam. Gummy’s don’t work at all. They take money from your account saying you have signed into a prescription with them, when you contact them by email. They did cancel my subscription. But I have never received my refund. I contact them several times a month and constantly get the same answer back, apologising that my refund has not been processed back to my account. I have been fighting with this company for at least 4 months and still not received any refund. I contacted my bank and they are investigating this company. My back actually did pay me back for the money they took saying it was a subscription. My back will then take the money they paid me back once my refund comes through. As I said that was months ago. They have still not refunded me, therefore my back has not been able to take the payment they paid me back. I am still regularly emailing Savana but like everyone else on here I get the same email sent back to me as I had already received.

I only wish I had looked at these reviews before I made my order. Would have saved me a lot of hassle.

Everything everyone has been saying, I too have experienced this. Absolutely disgusting. Still waiting on refunds too but don't think il get it. Same lady kayla emailing the same old stuff, making out she's so sorry. What a joke!

My review follows all the others on here. I was conned into a subscription, after ordering a one-off pack as they were on offer. Before this had even arrived, a 2nd payment was taken, this time for the full amount. I emailed to say I had not signed up for this 2nd order and they instantly took a 3rd payment. Despite searching on their website, it was impossible to cancel this 'subscription'. I emailed their customer service department and the obviously fictional character 'Kayla' reeled off a load of AI generated apologies. The first order was never delivered and after a lot of complaining, 'Kayla' agreed to refund the payment as well as giving me a 30% discount on one of the other orders, that I didn't order. This has been going for 3 months now, with no sign of a refund despite me emailing them every day. I get the same AI rubbish and apologies and guarantees but no refund and to be honest, I doubt I ever will. Avoid this company at all costs, even if they offer to give you them for free. Run, head for the hills, close you bank accounts, delete your search history, do anything except consider buying from them as I promise that you'll live to regret it.+

Don't waste your money! They do nothing! I had to get a new credit card number because they were sending me worthless product twice a month. Someone needs to stop these scammers!

They took 49.00 3 times in the same month and I didn’t sign up for subscription. I agreed to accept 75% refund and I have been waiting well over a month, they said it’s because it’s from international bank I would not buy from this company

Horrible Horrible company!! They continued to charge my card every two weeks. I had to cancel my card to stop it. They lie about everything. telling you one excuse after another. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
