Jumpers
After measuring my dachshund I ordered a large size in 3 jumpers, 2 knitted and one fleece, they all came with a large size sticker on them but are all different sizes 😪 1 fits perfect, one is slightly too tight and one is so big it fits my sons harrier hound. Slightly disappointed and confused with drastic size difference.

Hi Barbara. We always advise customers to measure their dachshunds prior to ordering and compare these measurements against the size charts for each item, as the sizes across items varies. This is communicated regularly in our mailings, social media posts and is stated on every item listing. We have multiple suppliers to enable us to provide as many items as possible, so inevitably the sizes are different for each. These are sometimes changed on our outer packaging as the measurements would be more in line with our standard size chart. We are working hard with our suppliers to have more standardised sizes and have reduced the price of a huge amount of our older stock, I can see you purchased one of these discounted items and the three items you purchased have different size charts however the same size was ordered. I’m sorry you are dissatisfied however I hope you will come back to us in the future. Please do feel free to reach out with any size queries. We are always more than happy to help. Many thanks, Jade

The best company
I love this company and for transparency my dog is a brand rep for them but the quality of the clothing is second to none and they just have some fantastic apparel. I own quite a few products and everything is so well made and are from good quality materials. Love the sweaters, fleeces and coats and the sizes are on point

Great Products and Great Service.
We have just received our second order with Sausage Dog Box and we love the products. The coats we have bought from the company have fitted our little mini dauchund well and are good quality.
I have just received also an appron which i love and is made well. I am looking forward to cooking and baking with this on.
We also found within the delivery a thoughtful personal touch with the dog bones shaped dog biscuits. It was greatfully revieved by our mini Louis and Gracie the labrador. yum !!

Fantastic customer service, super quick delivery and what lovely quality the cable knit jumper was. Beautifully packaged and Ernie loves his little treats too which was a lovely surprise. We will be ordering lots more!

Good products with inconsistent sizing.
Good products but there can be a delay when communicating with them. Sizing is varied across similar products so make sure you double check measurements as they're not consistent.

My order took almost 3 weeks to arrive due to Royal Mail strikes but the customer service received could not have been better when I chased and queried the delivery.

Even despite the postal strikes I received an email to say it had been posted...and it still arrived on time...

Absolutely adore Sausage Dog Box
Absolutely adore Sausage Dog Box - our little Albus has so many items, including the pjs, dressing gown, looooooads of costumes, chaise longue (the list goes on)
I couldn’t recommend this company enough - the size guides are so helpful and the products are all such good quality. Nothing is too much trouble and the customer service is so good - any questions are answered and they are super helpful if you have any queries.
We love having such a great small business that specialises in products for our little sausage ❤️
