Do not waste your money on this company! Their products are not as advertised. They use original product images on their website to deceive customers, but the items they sell are fake. I ordered a pair of Lofer shoes, but what I received was not what I expected. When I tried to return it, they didn't provide a return label. Instead, they gave me an address in Italy to ship it to, and they said they will charge me $97 at the post office - almost half the cost of the shoes ($179.99)! To make matters worse, they ignored my emails when I tried to contact them about this issue. Buyer beware!

It is a scam company attempting to look like an important Italian firm. I have bought (Order #S1555 ) a pairs of shoes and quickly realized it was a scam after seeing the same pair of shoes on another legitimate italian website 3 times more the price showed on Sasaia website. It Is a great clone and I have updated my review from 1 to 3 stars, anyway.

This company is almost a scam , is misleading the costumer that is an Italian brand from an Italian designer whose name with a single google search doesn’t exist.
I ordered 2 pair of shoes with discount the total came 275€.
With so much money you expect something premium. When they arrive (after 32 days!!!!) the first pair inside the shoe at the sole has the PRADA logo. So you understand it’s a brand from HONG KONG (saw that on package information) with replica cheap chinese items.
Very disappointed, i feel i got robbed.

I’ve been waiting for a refund more than 3 months at this point. Dear customer service told me I will get a refund in 5-10 business days for more then 5 times at this point. It’s just stupid. And they also asking for you to pay the return shipping.

As I have to give at least one star. I ordered a boot, which didnt match the details on the website at all. It looked totally different. Asking to give me a refund they told me I cant get any refund and can not send it back. Telling them it is a reclamation, luckily I was allowed to send it back on my own costs (20€). After sending the boots back, seeing the boots have been delivered I wrote the them several emails asking for my refund. They told me again and again and again that I will receive me the refund soon. I was really patient. Nothing ever happened. Its now a process of 4 months. I dont have the boots, neither the money. I have on top paid more as I needed to cover for sending the boots back. I never got an answer after my last e-mail being really dissapointed. I would not recommend to buy anything in the shop.

Returned the item immediately and 3 months later and after dozens of emails, some ignored some replied with: "I apologize for the delay. I have reported this issue again with my manager. I will get back to you with an update as soon as possible.Thank you for your patience." they have still not refund. STAY AWAY.
UPDATE SEPT 24: STILL NO REFUND. Total Scam.

Absolutely terrible customer service.

In my case, I ordered a pair of shoes and paid for them. A few days after, someone from customer service contacted me to tell me that the item I initially ordered was out of stock. I agree to order a similar item, but this time, they don’t provide me any information on the shipping. Almost a month has gone by and I don’t have any updates on whether I will even recieve my purchase. Sounds like they are scamming people.
