I used to buy clothes from sarreo And most of time i got same as mentioned on the website before few days ago i got one saree with thread come out but I could do exchange after requesting

No custom or VAT charges.
DO NOT SHOP ON MIRRAW AS HAD TO PAY AT LEAST £100 FOR CUSTOM AND VAT.

i ordered my suit on wed, it is sunday and it has not been shipped yet. the website states ready to be shipped so not sure what the hold up is but i will try to call them tomorrow to get some resolution. so far not happy at all.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!! THEY ARE A SCAM! They will sell you cheap clothing, with cheap stitching, cheap fabric material and disgusting quality overall! I made the mistake of buying items from them costing over $100. When I asked for a return, they first asked that I send them evidence of lack of quality in their products, which I complied to. I sent the items back from overseas, and since they have recieved the parcel they have not yet even mentioned trying to refund me! IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS ALREADY! Everytime I email them to demand my money back, they reply saying that I will be given store credits instead! WHY THE HELL WOULD I WANT STORE CREDIT FROM A SHOP THAT SELLS SUBPAR ITEMS? They are complete LIARS, in their webpage they say that they refund items if customers aren't satisfied with their products, but when the time comes they remain completely silent! YOU'RE BETTER OFF SAVING YOUR MONEY TO BUY A BETTER QUALITY PRODUCT THAN TO SHOP WITH THESE DISGUSTING LEECHES!!

This site offers heavy discounts that's why I like it. Before 15 days, I bought 5 sarees and got best fabric.

I ordered a saree with SareeO and was surprised to received my shipment within 5 days but when i got my saree it was damaged and i e mailed SareeO letting them know about it and forwarded them with images. To my surprise I got reply within hours and the same night got a call from a sweet voice saying that I would be forwarded with a new saree and I do not need to return the other one.To my surprise I got the e mail next day saying that it was sent out.
I was bit nervous that I may not get my money back or saree again but surprising I was given the best and efficient service by them which I didnt expect.
Now without any fear I can say that it is safe and good to do business with SareeO and surely recomend them.

I bought a saree from Sareeo. The saree came on time. But the saree was different from the picture and most importantly the quality was bad. The website mentioned that the cloth is Silk, after seeing the saree I reached out to the customer service and they said the fabric is mixed silk. Most importantly the saree had one-sided print. Customer service mentioned that this digital print and we are supposed to know that its one-sided print. The picture was cleverly disguised this one-sided print, as they only showed the printed side in the picture. Overall it's a great disappointment. Customer service offered to return the product but did not provide any option for shipping back. Since has to be shipped to India, it would easily cost me $ 30.00+. So, I am forced to keep the saree even though I felt cheated with this purchase. Sharing this experience to ensure that you are careful when you buy from Sareeo.com
