Worst customer service. I got a sare for a wedding as a bridesmaid. They RAN OUT of the color. Then when I emailed to cancel they said “ There is no need to place a new order. Once you confirm your preferred replacement, we will be happy to process the replacement on your behalf.
Please let us know which item you would like to choose, and we will take care of the rest.”
When I reply back with what I need which is the new color the bride had to pick. They Lied and said now I have to buy a new one cuz mine already shipped and arrived. Wow!!! I told them to cancel and they said no worries but guess I should live beeen worried!! Thanks for wasting 200 dollars and HOURS of my time. On top of that, the blouse fit horribly. Can’t even return cuz it’s “custom”. Custom to who it fit terrible.

I had a great experience with one minute saree I will definitely be ordering from them again. They were so helpful and confirmed the custom measurements I provided again before making my order and it came quick!They also have so many fun blouse options to choose from! The quality was great too, I was so comfortable it in all night dancing!

I ordered a custom blouse along with the sari and it looked better than I expected. The sari was easy to wear and I got many compliments on it. The customer service and communication was good as well, I would definitely order a sari from here again

One minute saree was amazing. From the customer service to the actual product, it gave me exactly what I needed. I’m a short lady so having the saree tailored to me was great. It was super easy to wear as well. The customer service team member Jessica was professional and courteous and made sure she was getting everything correct. She double checked everything. Like I said I am not a normal petite, a bit shorter so she confirmed the length of the saree and it turned out beautiful. Thank you to the one minute team for making it super easy to wear sarees. Although expensive it was well worth the price. Not to mention the express saree came by the promise date.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with One Minute Saree. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I placed my order on May 17 and spent $220 because the saree was listed in their “Express Ready to Wear” collection, and the advertised delivery window would have given me plenty of time before an out-of-town wedding I was attending on June 12. The original delivery dates provided to me before and at purchase were between Friday, May 29 - Monday, June 01.

When my order still hadn’t shipped by June 3, I had to contact customer service myself. Only then did they tell me there was an issue with the measurements. On June 4, they attempted to persuade me to switch to a different saree, claiming the "length of the width" measurements of my original selection would not be “aesthetically pleasing.” I explained that if length was the concern, I could simply wear different heels and reduce the skirt length by 3 inches. They confirmed the adjustment and never once indicated that keeping my original selection would delay delivery or prevent it from arriving before my event.

Interestingly, every replacement option they sent me came from their “Express Ready to Wear” collection. My original saree had also been listed in that same collection when I purchased it, but it later disappeared from that category when I checked again.

The delivery promises constantly changed. As mentioned before and upon purchase, I was initially provided a delivery date between Friday, May 29, and Monday, June 01. After I reached out, they assured me it would still arrive by June 9. On June 6th, I was told the order was being dispatched that day. June 8 – I had to follow up again because I never received tracking information. I was then told the order had shipped and would arrive by June 9. Later in the day on June 8th, when I finally received a tracking link and checked the DHL tracking myself, it showed an estimated delivery date of June 17, not June 9. After questioning this discrepancy, the company confirmed June 17 was actually the expected delivery date. After they confirmed delivery for June 17th, I requested cancellation and a refund for my initial purchase, since it wouldn't arrive in time. Had I known that would be the case, I never would have ordered it. My request was ignored, and I was told that the situation would be "worked out accordingly once I received my order." The saree was eventually delivered on June 18th, 33 days after purchase, and after the event had already passed.

To make matters worse, the final product was not even made according to the measurements I provided, and you can tell it was rushed, with sloppy stitching and loose threads everywhere. The blouse is significantly too large, the skirt is shorter than my adjusted measurements, and the additional 2 inches I paid $20 extra to have added to the blouse length were never added at all.

The color was also drastically different from the photos on the website. I understand there is a disclaimer that colors may vary slightly, but I received a dark green saree when the product is advertised as light green on their website. This was far beyond what most customers would consider a normal color variation (pictures of proof on the Judgeme website review I posted, since Trustpilot won't let me upload them).

What makes this experience even worse is that One Minute Saree appears unwilling to honor its own shipping guarantee and refund policies. Their published policy states that customers are eligible for a full refund when orders are not delivered within the 30 day guaranteed shipping timeframe. Despite my order arriving 33 days after purchase, multiple delivery-promise lies, and my cancellation request before delivery, I have had to repeatedly request a refund, which has been ignored.

The biggest issues were not just the delay, but the lack of proactive communication/follow-up, being lied to/provided inconsistent information, repeated missed delivery commitments, and the refusal to stand behind their own policies when things went wrong. Their average response time to all of my emails has been longer than 24 hours. I'm writing this review because I still have not received a response from their team, and my last email requesting a refund per their shipping guarantee guideline was 3 days ago.

I understand that delays can happen. What I do not understand is why customers have to be the ones to discover problems themselves, chase down updates, receive multiple conflicting delivery dates, and then fight to have the company’s own policies honored.

I ordered a beautiful saree which was delivered on time. It is truly a one minute saree which is exceptionally well stitched. I tried this concept from other shops and nothing comes close by. I got lot of compliments. I also chose top pleats to be stitched which came out beautifully. Will be buying more!

It’s a really worth purchase, amazing sarees. Ladies who love wearing sarees and doesn’t know draping should have these sarees.

I had mixed experiences with this company. I ordered a saree and was pleased with both the product and the initial customer service. A representative followed up promptly, and the saree arrived on time as expected. Note: No tracking number was emailed after the item was supposedly shipped—only an email notification.

However, another item from the same order has been a completely different experience. It has been close to three weeks with no meaningful update on its status. Customer service is extremely difficult to reach, and responses to emails are slow and infrequent. If you do not actively follow up, you will likely have no idea where your order stands.

Unfortunately, the item is now significantly delayed and does not seem it will not arrive in time for the event it was purchased for, making it far less useful even if it eventually arrives. To make matters worse, the phone number listed no longer appears to be working suddenly. No one replies to Whatsapp messages. The Representative who contacted me does not reply to messages anymore.

While the quality of the saree met my expectations, the lack of communication, missing tracking information, and excessive delay with the second item have left me very disappointed. Buyers should be aware that order updates and customer support may be unreliable. I do not even know if they'll refund me.

So far I've ordered 5 sarees and one lehnga. The 4 sarees were delivered. They are good quality. The material is a expected and good. I would say give them an inch extra than your exact measurements. I wish I had added an inch in length. Otherwise the fit was perfect.

The outfit I ordered for our 25th anniversary party is beautiful!! It feels simple but elegant and look great!

Horrible service! The order did not arrive on time, even after contacting them several times it still came way past the expected delivery date. When I returned the saree they didn't not refund the money even after asking and texting several times. Worst clothing store ever.

This was my first experience with ordering a pre-stitched saree from India to US. The whole process was very smooth and stress free. I ordered the Lucia Lavender Silk saree. The fit is flattering and it is plus size friendly. The saree feels very light and it is super convenient. I would definitely go back for a second.
