I ordered an outfit for a family wedding and it arrived very different from what was advertised. When I sent the advertised photo compared to what was received, I was told it matches! They then offered me a refund but the cost to send it back was almost as much as the outfit itself. Following that I sent the outfit to india with a friend as it had to reach by end of December for me to receive my refund. They received it mid December and I am STILL waiting for a refund. There has been no clear communication as to when I will receive this. I have never encountered such difficulty in getting a refund for a purchase, which was the fault of the retailer in the first place. I have not asked for a refund because I didn’t like it, the product is not as advertised! I still had to pay and arrange for my own return. Companies should not be allowed to take advantage of overseas customers in this way. BEWARE when purchasing!

I returned to the address they gave me which cost £14 and never received the refund for £50 for the clothes. They just say they didn’t get. This is an untrustworthy company that ripped me off Badly.
