İk ben dus heel veel geld kwijt. Neem me serieus en ga het per direct aankaarten bij je Mastercard company zodat je je geld terug krijgt. Per direct! ze zijn precies dezelfde mensen van richardspauls. kijk aub naar de sites. ze stelen duizenden euro's van mensen. spullen komen voor een 1€ uit china

Orderd Alexander mqueen trainers , at first I ordered the wrong size and sent customer service a message, in fact sent 4 messages in total ! They were really helpful and replied patiently and politely every time . My trainers arrived eventually and there fantastic . I would say to anyone waiting not to panic they will arrive and as far as I’m concerned genuine .

Was abit sceptical about this site at first when delivery didn’t arrive for some time, however, this was due to Royal Mail strikes. Customer service was above and beyond and the product eventually arrived on the day the team stated. Thanks Sarah becks happy with the bag. One star missing for delivery time.

Lovely pair of genuine McQueen’s. Took a little while for delivery but the service team were very responsive and kept me up to date. Great service 👍🏻

Guys received my Mcqueen trainers...man was I worried they would not turn up but true to customer services word my trainer arrived today...THEY ARE AUTHENTIC.

Those leaving bad reviews really should NOT unless what your saying is true its unfair to the company, wish I could attach pictures of the delivery!!!!

Hi I’ve ordered the wrong size trainer last night I have sent an email over just wondering how long it will take for a response I need a uk9 but ordered a uk 8 by mistake

Ordered some Alexander queen's for my girlfriend, they came quicker than expected and the box was not damaged one bit. They were perfect had a little issue but was sorted promptly and a new pair was sent out asap. Brilliant customer service unlike other companies. Will deffo buy again and would recommend to anyone looking for clothing.

Not sure of the legitamacy of this company. Made an order on Monday 20th June & have had no contact since.

I have sent several emails with no reply whatsoever & the phone number on the website always goes to answerphone. Have left messages but shock horror, no reply.

I would genuinely proceed with caution when using this site!
