Elendig kundeservice.
Levering gik rigtig fint og hurtigt, men lynlåsen på rygsækken gik i stykker, og indtil nu har jeg ventet 2 mdr på svar på, hvad skal der ske.

I have been waiting for a month and I have still not recived anything. And there is no answer when I try to write to them. I think I got scamed...

Absolutely terrible experience with this company.

My bicycle was not delivered for over a month, despite multiple attempts to contact them. There was no clear communication, no responsibility, and no proper solution offered. This is a complete waste of time and shows a very unprofessional approach.

I was even promised dispatch by the end of the week (see attached screenshot), but this commitment was not fulfilled.

I have now requested a full refund and expect it to be processed immediately.

I strongly warn others: do not deal with this company. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away

Always terrible, this time I got charged, and the order hasn't even been processed. It is a joke!

I made a order on 31 of October and it told me that it was 5 to 6 business days before delivery the issue was that santafixie supplier had some issues so my order was delayed even further and I have received the order on November 22 what I find very sad is that no one from santafixie contacted me about the supplyer issue I needed to contact santafixie where I was told regarding the supplier issue, and that was the reason that my parcel was delayed, the good part was that they returned the shipping fee, but what I wish they would have done was that they would have contacted me when they knew about the supplier issue so I didn't need to contact santafixie

Billige ting, dårlig chatbot, langsom levering selvom det er fra Spanien bør leveringen ikke tage så lang tid, deres leveringspolitik skal i ikke tro for meget på

Jeg bestilte nogle reservedele til min racercykel. Hele processen foregik nemt og hurtigt og jeg er meget tilfreds med de leverede varer.

Fremragende købsoplevelse!
Jeg er utrolig tilfreds med mit cykelkøb! Leveringen skete præcis inden for den forventede tid, og cyklen levede fuldstændig op til beskrivelsen på hjemmesiden.

Alt i alt er mine forventninger blevet fuldt ud indfriet. Super!

Customer service doesn't respond. Their ChaitBot gives unreleiable and misleading answers and descriptions of their products - you cannot trust this company :(
I have now received a useless product and they wont accept a return of the product.

I was initially skeptical about ordering from Santafixie due to the bad reviews, but I decided to take the risk, and I’m so glad I did. I purchased a wheel set, and the experience was great. The sent my order out the next day, and the wheels arrived in perfect condition. They seem like a good quality set, especially for the price. Santafixie exceeded my expectations, and I’d gladly buy from there again.

Bought a bike from them arrived with a broken front wheel spokes
After 2/3 weeks of emails and waiting for them to find “proper” solution for my situation
They just sent me 2 spokes basically saying you deal with its your problem now
So they waited two weeks to find a solution and their solution is to send me two spokes.. which cost 10kr.. and the cost of actually getting them installed on the wheel in a bike shop is on me……

The whole experience was absolutely ridiculous from the getting the bike damaged to trying to talk to the worst costumer service ever
I had to send multiple emials, multiple reminders, multiple instagram messages just for a single reply

Do not recommend whatsoever stay away from this company.

De har nogle gode produkter. Og fin levering. Det tog 5 hverdage, men det er jo meget normalt når man handler i udlandet så helt fint der. Ingen problemer. Jeg havde givet 5 stjerner hvis ikke det var fordi jeg fik forkert vejledning af deres Chat Bot. Jeg har købt 2 stk ortlieb styrtaske. Inden jeg bestiller spørger jeg deres kundeservice via chat funktion, om der følger beslag med til montering. Det bliver der svaret ja til. Da jeg modtager vare er der ikke beslag med. Og der står i den medfølgende vejledning fra Ortlieb at beslag skal købes separat. Det er jo dårlig vejledning.

Both accessory items arrived quickly and in good condition - a water bottle and a lock. I looked around and then bought them from santafixie because the price was competitive

Bestilte et hjulsæt, et bullhorn styr, pedaler og en ny håndbremse.
Leveringen var temmelig lang og med mangelfuld tracking, men nåde tilsidst frem.

Jeg kontrollerede kassen for skader da den ankom (alt så fint ud udenpå) men åbnede først kassen efter en uges tid, da jeg ikke havde tid til at sætte delene på den uge.

Jeg konstaterede ved åbning, at styret var bøjet ved ankomst og i en størrelse, der ikke passede med hverken min frempind (min egen fejl) eller med håndbremsen (underligt når de var bestilt sammen)

Deres reklamationsret var udløbet før jeg kunne nå at kontakte dem, så jeg tænkte at de fejl der var måtte være mit loss.

Så modtog jeg en mail om at anmelde dem på Trustpilot, så det er hermed gjort...

Gode priser på siden og både kvalitetsvarer og budget produkter, men ikke imponeret over hverken levering eller service vilkår!

I ordered a bicycle helmet. When I received the helmet it turned out to be broken which was also apparent from the package which had a large hole on the outside corresponding to where the helmet was broken.

I immediately contacted SantaFixie and sent photos of the helmet. After a week I received a request for more photos which I provided immediately. In general the response time has been very slow…

I have been hesitant to submit a review, since the handling of the package is not the responsibility of SantaFixie. However, it is their responsibility to solve the issue which was caused by their service provider, and it has now been a month since I informed about the broken helmet - and the case is still not concluded…

Scam of a company. The junk bicycle i received was rusted to the point of not being able to run after less than a month. The included brakes were not even compatible with the rim and were unable to hit the brake surface properly, even with professional adjustment.

Customer service refused to help.
